jaune arc looked around, noticing that some of the guards seemed to have much superior equipment to the others But they still had a hard time fighting It means that with overwhelming strength they can be took down for him the piece of cake he can take everyone on because he knows he can take them out but he does not want to grab more attention on himself or someone to find out which level he's on yeah he's level six He figure that part out What scares him is that he doesn't knows how the others will react.

They also had become less carefree in their attacks on him since the first couple of guards didn't really fare well against them.

jaune still rewarded them with a swift kick to the stomach and head giving them good injuries. That was until one of the guards with superior equipment came forward and His speed was much faster than jaune had expected, forcing him to block with his sword one-handed.

As the swords clashed, jaune noticed the cracking in his blade causing jaune eyes to widen with realizations That weapon won't last long.

'Is that why they had better equipment? Are they former level 4 adventurers or something? From what I hear, people outside Orario rarely get to level 3, let alone level 5!' jaune thought as he sloppily let the enemies sword glide down his own to put the guard get off balance.

That didn't work as the man didn't even have to recover since his footing was good enough to stay up right In this moment.

The man didn't let jaune have any breathing room as their swords clashed over and over, jaune s blade losing it's durability at a rapid pace.

'Guess I already have have no choice but to use my real strength come at me bastards let's see how good you are' jaune arc thought as he started to multi-task, focusing on his imagination and fighting stance as he kicked one of the guards backwards from his leg then he spotted to crowbars with some of the prisoners hands bloodied so he's smirked as he tried to pick up those crowbars You saw other three guards coming towards him as he Sprint towards them jumped and punch one He blocked the other ones came from the right and the left one try to kick him he f***** up his leg hit his kicking leg breaking it then the other one that he blocked twisted him around and use his free hand to break his mask one punch and send him flying but as they to try to get up but you found a tray he picked the tray up and use that as a shield and to block their punch and then use as a weapon to beat them up by hitting them on the head using its sharp side to hit their knees and kicking them in the knee And then bashing it in their heads after the Trey got destroyed He went to go pick up the price possession for two crowbars as he grab those two fell how they feel he thought one moment now it's on.

As by his boldness and way of fighting got the other guards attention They all made an idea to attack him eight of the guards went towards him as one of them try to harm him by using their speed at him jaune use the crowbars as some night sticks cuz he went all Nightwing on the bastards One came towards him in his mighty speed and try Pierce his sword into him jaune Perry his sword and use his other hand to keep hitting him on the head and then the other one came He used his free hand to break his leg then one by one They all came towards him as moved forward who worth his goal freaking there legs arms chest not even their armors put together with this dance jaune raw power alone or his skill and dual-wheeling and see backflip some of them as he saw the crowbars couldn't stand the damage he stole the guards swords and started using them as he wounded them as he cut through the arms their legs even went on impaling them in the stomach making sure not critical damages made but he was a beast more after more guards start to come The inmates saw this and wanted to run for their lives when they saw how the fellow jaune arc stood against them all alone and fighting this motivated them all Just standing fight then the saw what the guards brought they brought the juggernauts not just one but 10 of them and they are to the teeth the meanest sons of b****** you can ever find in these lands It said that juggernauts are pretty much strong of level 5's or six but for him he has dealt with stronger opponent and levels are just numbers.

Red and yellow particles a fire started forming around jaune's one hand as the cheering from the other guards started up at seeing jaune slowly being pushed back into a corner.

"Yeah! Get him captain!" One of the guards screamed as others threw out similar cheers at there Superior officers, trying to give encouragement to the guard in front of our beloved blonde knight.

luke and paul we're a little busy up there situation as they were beating some guards of their own and when they saw how their friend is getting pushed back they were getting a little scared at the turn of events, but Erebus didn't bat an eye at that his He was instead mesmerized by the white and yellow shining lights around jaune arc You're very soul and held a great amount of magic in his hands that has he never seen before that were slowly enveloping his entire body and making a is he like barrier off some sort covering his entire body up with white and yellow armor around him and like a cannon was formed in the front of it and that was getting a lot bigger.

To Erebus, this ability was so similar to 'her' magic But a little different It was like he had more mana for magic and he knows how to use it and so similar to her magic's activation noise.

*Crack*

As jaune's uses his aura by fusing it in his sword was cut in half as he started to use his body more as on the defensive, using his nimble and fast movements to avoid the guards blade and the grand assault at him some of them were using their shields to push him back as he held all 20 of them at the same time They couldn't push as He was a brick wall like a Goliath.

He could feel it, his mind was being restored just like before but at a rapid pace as his skill was absorbing it to generate active action.

As the guards trying to broke through his defense But it was no veil but then all of a sudden jaune push them all back and broke his own defense as the other guard saw this as an opportunity and this started attacking him.

He kept dodging and dodging until his mind wasn't restoration anymore, and the heat of his fire raged on and clear, causing confusion in the eyes of the others Then why is it getting so hot All of a sudden.

jaune just this an advantage jumped back, knowing internally that what he was about to do would be extremely dangerous.

jaune arc put his hand up towards the guard as said guard stopped and started laughing.

"What are you supposed to do? Chant a spell?" He said, clearly not understanding the danger he was in At that right moment they thought they were winning but they're the ones who truly lost.

"You're not wrong... but not entirely right as well," jaune said before opening his mouth wider, trying to warn the people around him to hit the deck this entire place is going to get melted limit the output before a certain goddess came into his mind.

The blade sliced her throat, releasing the divine blood to splatter on the debris on the side

A single tear fell down his cheek. As his mouth refused to move ask the trauma I was getting to him but he will not let it win today.

'Am I seriously about to do this again? My Pyromancies, is going to be dangerous and would surely kill them... I... Can't...' jaune thought sadly as the guard started moving towards jaune, chuckling still.

"move if you all want to live !" jaune's mouth moved on it's own. Almost as if his body was naturally trying to protect itself from death with any means possible as the flames exploded from his palm at full force. jaune s eyes widened as he clenched his fist on his wrist as the flames were hot enough to slightly burn him and anything around him.

If it weren't for the noise of the exploding flames, jaune would have heard the screams in front of him, and within a second or two, a loud boom the sound of hot melting fire could be heard.

*BOOM*

Once that happened, jaune arc legs don't gave in as he stand his ground, luckily stopping the Pyromancies, at the same time.

His friends crashed into a wall, by the pressure alone and causing the wall to cave inwards as jaune fell to the ground, bleeding out of his mouth slightly. Erebus looked at jaune as he got back up and simply wiped the blood off his face, ignoring the pain he was in Then all of a sudden he felt nothing He thinks his or aura kicked in to heal him of the inside and out He wasn't barely hurt just a little bleeding He's aura is still weak but still managed to protect him from his magic That's not a normal feat to begin with.

luke and Paul were too distracted to care about what happened to jaune At the moment as their jaws almost hitting the floor. jaune arc looked forward before only then understanding why.

END THE MUSIC :

"Not...Again" jaune muttered through sight at this.

The magnificent building that jaune had seen before entering the prison had collapsed in on itself, and in front of them was the enormous building's rubble on the ground.

The tallest part of the building was still mostly intact mostly, but only in the sense of it not being in pieces at all. It was still on the other hand laying on it's side, jaune pyromanceis incinerating the underside of it, making the main reason the part had fallen sideways onto the ground blocks of toys damn he can really do damage.

Erebus chuckled as he addressed jaune

"That is some firepower you've got there. It reminds me of Alfia's Genos Angelus which was a sight to see" jaune frowned at the mention of ,this Alfia person again. Why was he making so many references of her?

He decided to ignore it as he got up to inspect the debris. He could see bodies buried here and there, an arm sticking up under some rubble. All of them charred to the bones. jaune's eyes just darken in sadness at his actions before falling down on his knees, his body shaking during the entire time.

'Just another reason for me to leave and find my friend and go home...' jaune thought, his mind filled with self deprecating thoughts and body needs to heal and rest.

Erebus put a hand on his shoulder, prompting jaune to look up and as Erebus looked down at jaune before looking down towards the ground quickly before reverting his gaze back at him.

jaune looked at where Erebus had, seeing the ground, lit by sunlight before understanding that he meant they had to leave now. jaune nodded, forcing himself to stop falling before standing up and He took a deep breath, in and out before carefully walking down, and into the light that was the entrance.

He pull his arms and hands in front of his face as the sunlight nearly blinded him for a bit and as He has been stuck underground for so long that the sun's bright rays were blinding to the eyes.

It took Jaune a solid minute to get used to the light before looking behind him, seeing the other three reaching the ground.

"We're free... I CAN'T BELIEVE WE ARE FREE!" Paul screamed as he hugged luke while laughing. Said person returned the gesture as the two hugged it out and as for Erebus didn't really do much, just simply sitting down on a big Boulder and closing his eyes to think in peace.

Once luke and Paul were done with there victory dance and their huge, they started towalked up to jaune with a smile on his face.

"Hey, I just wanted to thank you before we go our own ways and Me and luke are most likely going to head to the far east since we aren't wanted there and if you want you can come with us we we're planning on making our own base of operations as you know as of The new members of familie" jaune arc nodded before smiling slightly

"Don't mention it buddy and I hope things turn out alright for you two I mean it and your ideas I think it's a good one but I have somewhere else to go first soon well'll meet again some day" jaune responded as the three shook hands. The two we're going to leave, before jaune turned around towards Erebus who had gotten up and started walking towards Jaune .

"Hey, let me update your status before we do anything else," Erebus told his new children as they thought about it for a second as all nodded towards him.

"Alright, but let me find a piece of paper" jaune arc said.

As he started to remember That's There was a cart full off paper and a lot off books Maybe records and files empty ones They will do basically great Then he made his way to work or ran towards the elevator where some desks paper were spotted and were still remaining, blank paper being piled upon one off on another and Once jaune got the papers that he needed for his friends and for him and he went back to Erebus to carry out his job and You saw how they were all were preparing to take off their shirts at the same time and they're planning on sitting down on the ground to prepare and come and he gave the piece of paper to the god and And he told him pulled his shirt up to let the him give him a blessing At this moment he knows he could not refuse so he has to go with the flow He nodded towards him and took off his shirt as well but they all saw was a nice clean built body.

Erebus bit the tip of his finger little hard, so to making it bleed and before getting to work. He hadn't done this since he last updated Alfia's and Zald's 7 years ago. As he worked through the status, his eyes started to widen to the size of the skill sets his fellow new children had They're great One of them even has earth magic the other has endurance magic while he was admiring his two new children he saw that they have potential to be great adventurers or whatever they do right now they're currently level fours a little more tweeting they might be even level fives in the near future's and that's a good thing for him He was thinking that he should update all of their stats at the same time.

that what will he will do She started to work on Paul seeing that he has more of brute strength inside of him So he started update them He was technically His stats were on c level Even his magic is low but his strength in combat is high so he'll make sure he updates all of them and make sure that they have the greatest adjustment they can have So it will help them in a near future. as he was done updating his status Paul started to move around to check his abilities he was were shocked he feel lighter and a little stronger but when he pick up one of the swords he gained from the guard starting swinging it around he got it He can use his abilities to the max this will help him He thanked his new god For what he has done for him he went back putting his shirt on and then it was Luke's turn.

As he was updating Luke's status he saw Luke did not have much of Bruce strength or anything of that sort but he is skilled with sword but he saw that he has more power in magic basically he might be a mage in a way and he saw one of his skills he has interesting he's has telekinesis other words he can use the force in a way.

So he was going to do him a favor He was going update his magic skills and his other status They make sure that he can use long-term magic and he does not get any drawbacks as he was done in another 5 minutes He told Luke that it's done Luke got up from where he we're sitting then he started to move around He feels lighter but something does not feel right for him then Erebus told him to use his magic When he's already used his magic he saw that he could live boulders up throw them and even push objects aside He told him that he can do more than this if he can keep training to feel help them all in the long term Luke saw this and saw he is truly not useless anymore He thanked there new god for the kindness and the courtesy they have done towards him.

Then it was jaune arc turn At first he was a little hesitant He didn't need a blessing He knows he's strong without one but what will he do when he runs a new trouble He told Erebus to just update his status so that he can go his separate way but he refused He told him that he needs to be with them for a while for him to get used to it jaune arc just sight At this he has no choice anymore as he sat down as Erebus gets to work he saw what he could never see.

"Aura and semblance...?" Erebus gasped, causing jaune to get confused

"What's now? I pops that a new skill or something ?" He asked as Erebus froze, wondering if he was joking.

"You're kidding? It's your first skill since it's placed in the first slot, the second being Pyromancies, and Miracles. " Erebus explained as jaune frowned

"I have never knew that they would even show" At that, Erebus chuckled

"That would mean You are keeping more secrets than you let on" Erebus said as jaune frowned slightly.

Meanwhile, on Erebus' side a certain digit moved causing him to smile at the boy sitting next to him. He was even more incredible than he thought.

He finished updating the status before copying the status on jaune s back on the paper jaune handed to him. Once that was done, jaune took the parchment and read it over before stopping at a certain point. Erebus instantly knew that it was on miracles and aura Freeze.

"So... I still have my soul but how can I use my undead magic something's not making sense..." jaune said quietly "And this new skill..." jaune was thinking before Erebus interrupted him.

"Not only that, but you can level up as well now " jaune looked at Erebus before sighing, knowing that it wouldn't matter with his end goal.

"The development abilities you have to choose between are Escape or magic" Erebus said looking at jaune with a tiny hint of a smile.

"We don't have to level me up, since we are going our own ways anyway" jaune said, before He got up from where he set And then dusting his pants grabbed his shirt that was now destroyed cutting is sleeves and wearing it People can see his muscles from here but Erebus waved his hand at him to gain his attention.

"well About that... I have been stuck down there for quite some time and was desperate to get out, and didn't really think about what I would do after or where I would go and then Orario is out of the question with them completely hating me" Erebus said, chuckling as jaune Just stared a bit at him and nodded towards him.

"So, I decided that I would like to come with you until I figure things out of things" jaune sighed

"then What about the other two ?" jaune asked. Then told them that they can go to the far East they can set up a base of operations over there after some time when I made up my mind I'll go join them until then I'll stick with you the other two heard this and agreed towards this term attitude left there side that goodbyes in a hurry to make sure they can find someone to smuggle them in the country.

"So what are you going to do now" Erebus asked him curiously.

"I don't know, I was thinking about either going back homes And I know that it's not there anymore or search for my friends or head towards Orario" jaune said, trying to dissuade Erebus.

"I wouldn't do that since they would probably kill you on sight if you were sent here as an ex-adventure in any city and That leaves your friends which would be just fine for me. I cavzn figure things out from there" jaune couldn't find a way out so he just sighed and complied

"Fine, update my status if you wish. Take whichever development ability you want" jaune said as Erebus shook his head in a nodded and the repeated the actions of earlier He was doing earlier finishing jaune status report by helping him level up new level now.

Once the status was updated, jaune eyes widened as he started shutter in confusion and fear his minds started to process what the hell is this as he sat down on the ground as his mind was reeling Which questions.

"What… What the hell is this…" jaune arc muttered as Erebus just stared at him with curiosity.

"Guess that's the effect of the new development ability and off your last few skills you have your magic in everything in particular is pretty high It's like seeing a level seven or a level 8 warrior and we know how rare they are like you're not from here at all your magics It basically aura or amplifier is pretty rare and strange just like our race." He said, jaune now staring at his face as him with widen eyes

"I don't know what has happened to you or where you have come from, but whatever it is That happened to you, it would have seems to have taken a large toll on your mental health, large enough to generate the ability called, Psych"

jaune let one of his head on ground and lay it on the sand beside, and then started to staring into the blazing sun from his other hand and between his fingers and putting the one hand on his face as he felt like a complete idiot for a moment.

"I actually wanted to kill myself a long time ago After all the failures I have done -------- ...I'm just done with life…" He muttered as his mind started to settle down in a rapid pace.

"This development ability helps stabilize your mental state, as well as protects you from mental attacks to a certain degree depending on the grade of the ability from my understanding knowledge" Erebus explained

"Guess it helped clear your head more towards when you're fighting.?" He finished.

"Seems so..."  'Just like ironwood's semblance But His was more troublesome' as jaune's answer and thought as the two of them fell into a silence for a moment.

After a while, jaune got up form his sitted and before dusting himself off and started stretch his muscles.

"Well, I kind of feel stupid now" jaune retorted to himself causing Erebus to chuckle a bit.

"Perhaps. and By the way fearless leader , are we getting out of here or what ? Someone is bound to investigate that sooner or later" Erebus said as he pointed towards the now destroyed prison behind him.

jaune arc chuckled as he nodded

"Yeah, you've got a point and No reason to stay here, though... I don't really know where we are gonna go and My home in city of the elves is a no go like you said, and Orario would probably know the news already and How about we just see where the road takes us Maybe we might able to find my friends?" jaune suggested as Erebus shrugged his shoulders a little.

jaune got up on his feet after a good stretch and before wiping the sweat from his face before clearing his mind form bad thoughts. It still hurt thinking about everything that happened to me but now at least not as much anyways.

Erebus smiled softly at jaune and saw his resolve but decided to started to head towards the opposite direction from the prison before jaune saw this said 'what the hell' and started following.

As the two walked away together and leaving the prison behind, and after not long, amor carriages was almost 100 soldiers stopped at the entrance off the now destroyed prison and other carriages passing by started noticing the major change to the scenery and told there superiors to send the message.

TWO DAYS LATER,

The city had gone into an uproar, people were panicking left and right at the news of the destruction of the prison known for holding the worst criminals in Gekai.

The guild had their hands full with people and adventurers alike asking questions left and right about the prison that was reduced to rubble even though they didn't have any jurisdiction when it came to it and The guild employees themselves were internally losing their minds as of late because of evilest this was the last thing they needed after the uproar with the monster of darkness that attacking adventure in the dungeon as of later and these monster had managed to slip by the Loki Familias and Ganesha Families grasp.

THE GUILD UNDERGROUND :

CHAMBERS :

FEW HOURS EARLY:

Under a certain headquarters of the guild, there was a certain god that was sitting on a stone throne and with him is his first fellow and he is a fool at that moment.

"What have you found out about this new development Fels ?" The god said to Fels who raised an oculus and showcasing the now destroyed prison from his familiar birds eye point of view.

"The Ganesha familia are currently investigating the rubble of the damage and pulling out charred bodies and to identify them, but before they arrived, I managed to reach 'his' cell, Lord Ournaos" Ouranos took in the answer form him and before addressing his fellow once again on the different matter.

"Was he there with him ?" he asked as Fels shook his head

"The contraption seems to have opened by someone and I did found a body that belongs to our guards who were stationed there with a prisonmade knife stuck in their throat down there many more were found dead and injuried and Most likely, Two inmates made it down there alone" Ouranos put his hand to his face and he thought for a bit the possibility that it was inside job to release him and catches off guard and just sighed at this though.

"Why would anyone release that god or-?" He muttered as Fels opened his mouth to speak once again.

"I do not know lord Ouranos, but I fear for our mutual friend's who life were lost and our guest of honor after what we saw of what the Ganesha familia and military of the prison found about that Those corpses that we were able to find are almost unrecognizable At the moment it was like they were burned and their bodies are melted" Ouranos knew instantly who he meant.

"Is it Jaune Arc, I may assume?" Fels stared straight out his master and then got it nodded to him.

"Hm, I would say that he is more resourceful than most and powerful and that he might become a great Ally if you're not mistaken If you joins the wrong party then he might be the greatest enemy might even have and Let's not worry until we find out otherwise till then"

"As you wish, Lord Ouranos" Fels said before taking his leave As you disappeared into smoke of black, In this moment it left Ouranos in his very thoughts on matter at hand He was thinking how would this all play out in the grand scheme of things as he was thinking about the outsiders basically the invaders who came here was it by the will of the heavens or there's something else at work If he's not mistaken there were more than one and he did not even learn others locations and the others have not make contact with some cities this jaune arc did And it was in one of the new cities of the elves forest that the elves have occupied for themselves saying that this is their divine revelation or something when that tree came that's not the only thing that concerns him and even a dungeon spawned right there this concerns and dearly another dungeon ' How will this world even survive It was good that this person came there at the right time.'

He has seen  jaune arc work How he managed to keep the dungeon in check for the last one month He has done a great job He maintained the dungeon and kept so many people alive You remembers the day when he was arrested many of the people wanted to save him They asked the guild to release him on site even one of the guild members wanted them to release him but rules are rules if they shouldn't met something of their demands they would have a civil war in their hands and with ourario's and this new cities current relations he won't be surprised there's a war among them.

two one of the most prideful parties at each other's throats and I will pay the people who has to fight their own families and their ideology let's see what can we do to stop this and let's see what they can do a few months ago It was a change of murder going around in the dungeon This had a very concerned What it makes no sense is there another fire user here but this one was different This one was a woman wearing black and she has fiery hands They say didn't even hard her chant she's still manage to destroy the Loki familia and the Ganesha familiar I heard they even send Freya familia strongest member after her and she managed send him in scars but they did manage to harm her This is going to be a very historical time.

he stook the time to contemplate the meaning of the events.

" I know That foolish god will sooner than later turn up, and all I can do is hope it's not like last time" Ouranos muttered out loud as the severity of his escape started to hit him with force.
