(Matthew's POV)
I press on the brakes as Michelle's house comes into my line of sight. It's a small duplex, almost identical to Cassandra's house but it looks much better with a small well kept garden to the side of the walkway leading to the front door.
It is in between two bungalows which are between two flats and so forth. Men and women in formal and informal clothing were walking about, adding more life to this sparsely populated part of New York.
A small boy of about six with long hair runs out of the alley between the flat and a bungalow with two older or rather bigger boys running after him.
The tears on the little boy's face goes to show that this is not the normal game of tag.
I park the car at the other side of the road in front of another flat and opposite Michelle's house. I alight from it, taking my keys with me and sprint after the children who were running straight ahead.
