The Bloody Devil.

As Ryuks hand pointed at beasts they burst turning into clouds of blood which proceeded to enter his body. The 5 other bases in Ryuks dantian became drenched in the red of blood. Ryuk roared like a mad deity and ran forward and killed like a barbarian. There was no order, no beauty, no intelligence in his sword it was just death and destruction. Ryuk disappeared and reappeared his hand through the chest of one of the old men, the old mans heart in Ryuks bloodied hand. Ryuk repeated "All brings must die!"

In a place further than heaven. In a large castle made out of blood a powerful voice said "He has awoken. The bringer of chaos no its more fitting to call him the Bloody Devil."

In Ryuks soul sea the originally colorless sea had become a sea of blood. Ryuk floated atop the raging waves unconscious like a bark of wood. The unconscious Ryuk was in a dream or rather a series of dreams. First Ryuk was a boy who he didnt recognize and he was sweeping in a place he couldn't imagine. Suddenly the image warped and Ryuk was a fat man in a room covered in dust. Then the fat man was in a battlefield and had a hand impaled through his chest and a man with long blonde hair pulled him close and whispered something. The fat man shouted in anger, but it was quiet like nothing existed. Then he was in a mysterious palace in a swirling void. Ryuk was still the fat man and he was shouting at someone, but Ryuk couldn't see who. The fat man then saw a door with chains covering it and in anger he ripped open the locked door and something greeted him. Ryuk suddenly opened his eyes taking long breaths in fear. Ryuk then felt an aching sensation in his head as questions popped into his head asking in a loud rage. "IF THERE IS A ALMIGHTY WHY MUST INNOCENTS DIE?! WHY MUST THE PEOPLE I LOVE FADE AWAY?! WHY AM I THE FOOL?! WHY AM I SUPPOSED TO BE KIND?! WHO ARE YOU TO MAKE ME KNEEL?! WHY?! WHY?! WHY?!" Ryuk grabbed his head and rolled around. "Argh! Shut up! Shut up!" Ryuk shouted as blood fell from his eyes and mouth. The voice spoke up again this time in an unquestionable tone "Destroy everything! Slaughter all! This universe that has taken from you should burn! This world where you must fight for the right to live must face your wrath! Purge everything that denies your existence. You are the almighty! So slaughter everything that says no!". The blood sea rose like a mighty deity its maws open to consume Ryuk. The bloody mouth fell on Ryuk making him drown in the blood. Ryuk nearly lost himself in the endless despair, pain and chaos, but a cold feeling rivaling the warm blood erupted from his four acupoints. Ryuk felt like his head and body were being split by two mighty entities. Ryuk wanted to let himself go to the anger the fury the wrath. He wanted to make everything disappear, but the voice of a woman made him shudder and made the noisy world quiet. "Ryuk! Are you going to let yourself be defeated! How am I going to brag about my mighty and awesome son if you just let yourself go to some shitty rage and despair. I won't accept it the kind and shining Ryuk who is my son would never fall so pitifully." Ryuks mom scolded Ryuk. Ryuk on his knees began crying like a child his bottom lip shuddering. "Mommy! Every day I look at the day with a smile, but it still hurts when I remember you! I hate this shitty universe that took you away. Every day something or someone tries to kill me! Even the universe dosent want me! I dont want to keep fighting!" Ryuk said with tears covering his face. Ryuks mother didnt have an answer she just looked at her child. Ryuk wanted to say more about why he should be allowed to quit, but Ying Yues smile left him helpless. The despair, agony and torment disappeared completely from within Ryuk and the still silence was replaced with a laughter. "Cheh. If you look at me like that what am I supposed to say. Ah! It's too unfair. There's no valid reasoning with you is there mom. Fine, fine you made your point this foolish child of yours has learnt his lesson." Ryuk said as joyful tears fell. "What do you mean I didnt even say anything." Ying Yue asked curiously as he figure began turning to dust. "Yeah. You did. You reminded me why I want stength. So I can protect those I love. You also reminded me that me that I am your son and I have to make you proud and I cant do that by listening to people that dont matter. You also reminded me that I am too prideful to fall here. Mom I love you and thank you." Ryuk said as he watched him mother disappear probably forever. Ying Yue had suprise on her face and then it turned into laughter "Did I? I must be awesome to remind you all that with a smile." Ryuk shuddered and said "Yeah. You are the most awesome person to exist." They stayed in silence until only Ryuk remained.

Back in reality

In a bloody sea only Ryuk, Mongoose, Luther and Dede remained they were all holding on to Ryuk. "Ryuk stop it. Its finished. Wake up!" Mongoose shouted. Ryuk fell to his knees and smiled "Did we win?" The serene voice broke through the bated breaths of Ryuks party. "Hahahaha. You asshole." Dede laughed and so did the others.

In a cave no far from the battle site. Ryuk was inspecting himself and was left in shock. The bases in his body were all slightly colored in a blood red with cracks all over it like a spiderweb, but they seemed more intense and potent as well. Soon the cracks were resolved because of the blood Ryuk absorbed. Ryuk also felt that his blood colored base was nearing a breakthrough as was his fire base. Ryuks original plan to beat the rank 7 beast was to absorb all the fire laws in the valley probably from the dragon corpses and use it to send a supreme flame to devour the beast. Ryuk knew this plan meant his fire base would probably be very damaged at best and destroyed at worst, but he hadn't used it and it actually was stored up and now two of his bases were close to breaking through to foundation 2. Ryuk observed his soul sea and couldn't see anything problematic other than it being a little empty and that would Naturally fix itself, but Ryuk noticed something new in his soul sea. It was monster standing as tall as a mountain with red eyes that looked and judged every being as nothing. Ryuk felt his mouth go dry as he looked upon this beast. Ryuk moved out of his cave after a day as he was pretty much ok. Mongoose, Dede and Luther were pretty much fine after the battle so they recuperated earlier than Ryuk. Princess Fare was alive as well surprisingly, but she was jittering in fear as Ryuk looked at her. Ryuk sighed and wondered "What exactly happened while I was out?" Mongoose said not noticing Ryuks presence "We should kill this one here she's seen too much of Ryuk." Ryuk said "There's no need to kill her. Ill just go into her soul sea and alter it." The group looked at Ryuk and nodded. Soon Princess Fare returned to her pompous attitude. The group headed out towards Dragon fire city, but before they left. They dug up a grave for Sally and paid their respects.

As the group entered the the capital of the dragon fire empire: Flame city the loud cheers of the citizens filled their ears, but they were in no mood to join in. The group sent the princess to palace and bought a hotel room. A month later the group walked with angry eyes towards the imperial sect.
