1. Narco Prince

Being born in a cartel is not easy, it can turn you into an animal. No feelings, no emotions, at least not the ones shown by normal humans.

Alejandro Martinez was the eldest child of Rosa and Miguel Martinez. He was loved dearly by his mother and father, but since a young age he was involved with the dealings of the cartel. His mother toughened him since a young age. Cannot blame her, the violent nature of cartels in Mexico and with the death of her father, she wanted to keep his legacy alive and take it to greater heights. Since a young age she had been more of a mentor than a mother for him.

As a kid Alejandro was fond of playing with pets and has 2 dogs. Since a young age he believed dogs were the truest beings and man's best friend and someone who loves dogs can never be a bad person. That was the only part of innocence he carried within him. His days were spent training in different kinds of martial arts like Krav Maga, taekwondo and Karate, followed by weapons training and then lessons in business and cartel functionality.

Even his meals were perfectly monitored and timed as per schedule, it was almost like he had lived his entire life in military, such was the amount of discipline and focus was demanded off him every day since he was 10 years old.

He has followed this routine to the present day. Waking up every day by sharp 6am and doing workout and weapons and fighting training along with meditation, followed by breakfast and a quick meeting with his trusted members of the cartel, to discuss important happenings like police raids, next big consignment and updates on their competitors.

By 12pm he would be ready to take over his regular billionaire CEO role. He is the CEO of Martinez group of hotels, one of the biggest chains of hotels not only in Mexico but the whole of South America. He seamlessly moved through his roles. He was a charmer, proficient in five languages (Spanish, Italian, German, English and French), was handsome and well-built, had manners of high class and knew how to make connections easily.

He was the life of the parties he attended. Everyone looked at him as a successful CEO, only a select few knew about his Mafioso connections, many had their doubt but no one could really put two and two together and make it a big public event, such was the shrewdness and secrecy of their ways.

He was also trained for extreme situations like traps or sudden ambush. He never attended school his mother preferred to have him home-schooled so that he could spend maximum time in learning and training for his future role as the leader of the biggest cartel in Mexico.

He was involved in his first ever major dealing when only 16. When he was only 18 he had his first kill. During a deal gone wrong, which was in reality a police force trap in accordance with their enemies who created a false situation have them executed, he managed to overpower a police man grab his AK-47 and slaughtered everyone swiftly, saving his father's life and also his right hand man's life in the process. That was the beginning of his descent into sadism and psychopathic madness. Once he tasted blood and the thrill of putting down people, who want to double cross or be obstacles in your path.

It's easy to call him a monster, but please try to walk in his shoes before judging him. Observe his circumstances and ask yourself, can you really blame him for burying away his emotions and becoming a heartless wolf?

Miguel Martinez was a man of art, a great poet and painter who was reluctantly handed the reins of the biggest cartel in the whole of Mexico, he was just a puppet, the real head was his wife. She pulled the shots from the shadows and he was just following her orders, not to undermine his intellect he was an equally smart man, shrewd in business but not very ruthless or smart enough for the world of criminals. He had to be part of these dark ways just for one reason, Rosa.

Alejandro really respected his parents and loved them a lot.  Although he had to be ruthless, he did learn a lot of artistic and philosophical stuff from his dad, but that side of him was buried just like his emotions. The cartel had completely consumed him.

He was very protective and caring towards his younger siblings as well. He played the role of a responsible elder brother perfectly.

He fought the battles outside and absorbed all the stress and responsibilities of operating the cartel, so that the little ones could soar high and live their dreams.

Sandra was a sensitive woman, who always wanted to help the needy and serve her community, hence she chose the profession of a doctor to achieve her life mission.

Ricardo on the other hand is a flamboyant and charismatic young man, taking up after their father he is a man of arts. Excelling at painting, he can be found in his art room working on his next project, he dreamt of becoming the "Mexican Picasso". In short he was the prodigal son of the family, the vivacious and flirtatious artist, who was not only a ladies man but also believed in living his life to the fullest. His motto was "carpe diem (seize the moment)", he lived for the now without caring about the future. His parents were not very proud of his ways and wanted him to support his elder brother with the cartel work, learn under him and become an ally in the future.

Ricardo and his parents would have angry altercations on regular basis, his dad would want to let him live his dreams but understood that his wife had noble intentions, she wanted their son to grow up and be responsible instead of being a prince born with a golden spoon.

Alejandro was proud of his younger brother and his talent, he always told his parents "he is so young let him have fun and follow his dreams, he is passionate about art and really focused. He might party a lot and be a little wayward but I know my little one, he is not going to throw away his talent."

"He would rather walk in the darkness his entire life, than see the darkness engulf his siblings"
