ANNA'S POV

I woke up early because I wanted to meditate first before I went to work this morning. Thea came early to her work today because they had a lot to do. I still can't quite believe what happened last night, it seems like it was just the speed of events and our lives were in danger.

I'm on the balcony now while staring into space. I sipped my coffee and watched the sunshine. I didn't know that sir Drake had a secret, I totally thought he was a perfect man. Rich, handsome, and he had it all. Maybe her situation is very difficult. Now I know why he doesn't socialize too much with people.

I turned my attention to the side of Daruel's condo. How is he?
