Pool Time

'Is he coming, I'm so stupid, I made it so obvious I was gawking at him!', Audrey thought, pretending to be pressing her phone. Lucas chuckled as he shook his head, he caught her staring and he didn't think she needed to be shy.

"Babe!", Lucas called, " hm!", Audrey shrieked as Lucas wrapped his arms around her waist, facing her already flushed face. "What happened!", Lucas asked already aware of the reason she was flushed.

"Me?, like me?, oh me?!", Audrey asked, avoiding Lucas's piercing stare, " there isn't any other person but you beautiful!", Lucas said immediately grabbing Audrey's attention.

The two just stood transfixed, gazing into the other's eyes, the sunset a beautiful harmony to blend their souls. They say the eyes are windows to the soul, and under the sunset, beside Lucas's car, arms wrapped around each other, they were engulfed in the love they shared.
