What.

Hermione and Draco were going to St. Mungos today to get their first checkup on the baby. Hermione was really anxious. She thought that maybe she had calculated how far along she actually was. She was really getting very big, and she didn't know if she was quite ready to have another child just yet. She and Draco both thought they still had some time to prepare. It had been a while since they had newborns around. Though they didn't feel as if 1 was going to be a huge problem, they had three the first time around.

"Good morning Minister Malfoy. Mr. Malfoy." The head healer had come into their room, followed by what looked like another older woman.

"Good morning," Hermione smiled at the two women and felt better instantly. They had probably done this loads of times and were going to be able to answer all her questions.

"We thought it best that I will be in charge of you for this pregnancy, Minister, seeing as we didn't think you would want it thrown about all over the press. This is Alice; she has worked here almost as long as I have, and I know she is going to be able to keep this a secret for as long as you would like."

"That is very thoughtful of you Ma'am," Draco smiled at the woman and shook her hand again. It really did mean a lot to them that the press didn't find out about this right away. Though she wasn't sure how long they were going to be able to keep it a secret.

"Let's see how the baby is, shall we?" Alice took her wand out, and Hermione closed her eyes. She heard a light gasp, and she looked over at Draco first, who was looking at her with the same grin on his face that he had the last time that they found out they were going to be parents.

Hermione looked up at her stomach and silently cursed Ginny for saying anything. Over her stomach were 2 light pink orbs and 1 soft blue one.

"Well, this would certainly explain why I feel so large." That was all that Hermione could say. It was rare enough to have triplets, let alone two sets of them.

"Scorp and Hyperion are really going to get their Malfoy quidditch team, aren't they?" Draco had tears in his eyes. He was ecstatic about expanding their family by three. He loved being a father, which would be such a good start to their next chapter.

"I guess they are," Hermione let a couple of tears fall. She was so happy too, but there were a million questions running through her mind, and it was all overwhelming at the moment.

"Dear, what is the matter?" Draco helped her up and pulled her into a hug.

"How am I going to be able to perform all my duties as Minister if I am to be put on bed rest again?"

"Sweetheart, you have a million talented people that work for you that are going to be able to fill in while you are away. Plus, you don't know if you are going to have to go on bed rest yet or not. You have to take one day at a time and not think so ahead like this. And we might have to tell everyone else a little sooner than we wanted, but that really isn't a big deal. We can do it while the kids are still at Hogwarts, so the papers are not bothering them."

Once the rest of their appointment was over, they walked a couple of blocks to meet Harry and Ginny for lunch. Ginny looked like she was over the moon to find out about what the gender of the baby is, and Harry looked happy to see his wife so excited.

"So tell me, tell me. Am I going to have another niece or nephew?"

"A nephew," Hermione smiled as she sat down.

"And two nieces," Draco watched as both of their faces dropped to the ground.

"I knew it!" Ginny eventually said.

"I suppose you did, dear," Harry looked at Hermione with sad eyes. He knew exactly why she was worried, but if she thought for a second that he wouldn't take care of everything at the ministry, she was wrong.

"Come on 'Mione. This is amazing. One little one for your three little ones. They are going to be so excited. Plus, think Malfoy vs. Weasley quidditch. What a good addition to family Christmas."

"I am excited, Gin, just a little nervous is all."

"It isn't like you are not going to have the most help of like any mom in the world. I want a really detailed description of Cissy's face when you tell her. She is going to be so thrilled." Ginny looked at Draco hard. She was completely serious.

As soon as they arrived home, their older triplets ran to the door. They were so excited to find out if they were going to have a brother or sister.

"Please tell us, mother!" Ara was bouncing up and down with excitement, and the two boys looked as if they might join her.

"Well, Ara, you are going to have a baby brother," Draco smiled at his daughter before looking over to the two boys, "And Scorp has a baby sister, and so are you Hyperion."

"Three!" Ara clapped her hands together and hugged her mother tightly. Hermione couldn't hold back the tears when she started whispering to the babies how much she loved them already.

"Scorp, we are going to get our quidditch team!" Hyperion high fived his brother and then joined in on the hug.

"Now, you three know that they are not going to be able to do much of anything at first. And it is going to be a few years before they are even allowed to ride a broom."

"Well, of course, mother, babies are fragile and little and need to be taken care of."

"Maybe that is why you were allowed to have so many at once, mother. Everyone knows you are the best at taking care of things." Scorpius kissed his mother's cheek, and she started to cry once more.

During supper, Draco told his mother, and just as they had promised Ginny, they caught the whole thing on camera for her to see. Cissy was, in fact, thrilled about everything. She was so excited to have 6 more little feet running around.

"Perhaps the Manor will not feel so large now with all the children running around in it."

Laying in bed that night, Hermione and Draco pondered different names, and finally, Hermione thought of one for one of the little girls.

"What about Carina?" She said.

"Carina, I like it." Draco turned to face her. He was so excited to be able to do this all again.

"You know which constellation that is right?"

"Of course, I do love; I took Astronomy before even entering Hogwarts." Draco laughed, and Hermione kissed him on the nose.

"I also think I like Leo."

"Trying to get more children in Gryffindor, are you?"

"Well, no, but that would be something to see. More Malfoys in my house than yours." Hermione started laughing with her husband.

"I just don't know about another girl's name." Hermione was sad that a third name wasn't coming to them as easily as the other two.

"We could name her after my mother."

Hermione loved the idea but didn't know how to tell Draco that it would be unfair to have three girls and only one named after his mother, especially if it wasn't his firstborn daughter.

"Draco, how are we ever going to choose which one bears your mother's name."

"Well. I suppose that is difficult, and if any of them were to have her name, it should have been Ara."

"She is your mother." Hermione thought of all the times she had thought how similar Ara was to Draco's mother. It was astounding, really.

"What about Nova?" Draco had always liked the name but didn't really think anything of it when they were expecting the first time because of how much he liked Ara.

"Nova, it is different."

"Dear, all of our kids have different names. This one is the most normal."

"I meant from all of our other children." Hermione kissed her husband and then thought about it more. She really did like it. "I love it."

"Me too."

Scorpius, Ara, Hyperion. Nova, Leo, Carina. 6 Malfoy children. What a wonderful life, Hermione and Draco thought. It was amazing how their life had turned out.
