Arno spent about an hour explaining exactly how his plan would work to Blaze and Leus and answered all their questions.
After they were done talking, Blaze got up and left.
They ultimately agreed that Arno would send a message to Blaze about when to begin and the rest of the details at a later date.
After Blaze left, Arno and Leus remained alone in the room, it was time to talk about what to train on next again, but before that, there was, once again, a question Leus had.
"Master, there's something I don't understand"
"What is it?"
"It's about how exactly I am more powerful than average Elites, and how you are more powerful than even powerful Elites. It somewhat doesn't make sense.
Like, I'm still a Third Realm Being but I'm stronger than some Fourth Realm Beings.
And you're a Fourth Realm Being, but as far as I can tell, you're stronger than all other Fourth Realm Beings ...
How does that make sense? Like what's the difference?
I understand that I'm stronger because I unlocked many Abstracts and I am very proficient with all the common elements, but still, I have only seen you use the Water element, what makes you stronger?"
Arno nodded
"I understand what you're asking, but I do not know the full answer, and I can only partially answer you"
Leus was surprised
'This is the first time Arno doesn't have a perfect answer...'
But he didn't say anything and waited for Arno to continue
"The reason I'm stronger than all the other Fourth Realm Beings you saw so far is that I'm very experienced and lived for a long time.
I have three Skills, so even if I don't use any element other than Water, having three Skills is more than enough to bridge that gap.
As for your question, you didn't word it right, you're asking about the depth in each Realm, Right?"
Leus nodded
"Exactly, the depth in each Realm"
"Classified information"
Leus tilted his head
"Classified?"
Arno confirmed
"This is information only The Magic Research Department, along with contracted individuals, have access to.
It's still in research, so it's not yet public, and it's also not yet perfect.
Not everything is fully known about many things.
And while I DO know what they know, I can't tell you, you'll find out when you sign a contract with the Red Mansion."
Leus was a bit disappointed, but there was nothing he could do, so he nodded
"Thanks, Master."
Arno waved his hand
"Not an issue"
After Arno said that he took a long, deep breath
"Whew, ee spoke a lot, Leus"
Leus scratched the back of his neck and smiled
"Yeah, sorry. There's a lot I wanted to know, Master"
Arno smiled
"Well, it's okay, make sure to ask me about anything you want to know, because soon, you won't have that opportunity."
Hearing that made Leus feel a bit bitter, but he thought to himself
'It's okay, I can't be Arno's apprentice forever...'
"I'll always be indebted to you, Master"
Arno said with a neutral expression
"That's not true, Leus, you should know better by now, Even I have ulterior motives.
I'm being honest with you, I'll also earn a lot from basically selling you to Ignatius, so no, don't feel too indebted to me, try to be less sentimental"
"I don't care, those who helped me become more powerful, I don't think I can ever pay you back"
Arno took note of Leus' words and asked
"Those?"
Leus just smiled and didn't elaborate
'I don't want to talk about Sal'
Leus knew that if he ever spoke about Sal, he'd have to reveal everything Sal told him, and since Sal said that everything he told Leus was of the so-called world's secrets, Leus didn't want to reveal it no matter what.
'I don't want to reveal what he called a secret'
'It doesn't make sense to be indebted to someone then betray their trust, That'd just make me a scum'
That's why Leus didn't elaborate and just moved on.
Luckily, Arno didn't press it either
'He probably refers to his father'
That is what Arno thought about it, and although that wasn't the person who was on Leus' mind, Arno wasn't entirely wrong either.
Arno spoke
"Well now, Leus, are you ready to get back to training?"
Leus nodded vigorously
"More than ready, Master, I'm desperate to get back to training"
'I want to become more powerful!'
Arno smiled
'Looks like I won't have to push him too much.'
"Good, there are three Elemental Abstracts left, Ice, Water, and Fire"
Leus asked
"Which should I start with?"
Arno leaned back on the chair and replied
"Since you have an Affinity... or actually half an Affinity for Water and Fire, I want you to keep these two as the last two, these two should be the easiest two."
Arno extended his hand, and like always, a wave came out of his hand and brought a book to the desk.
Arno pushed the book to Leus and said
"We've been talking for hours, I need to go outside and take care of my matters.
You can read the book then directly start training, I don't think you'll face any difficulties"
Leus nodded and Arno got up to leave, but
'I feel like I'm forgetting something'
Leus felt like there was something important he wanted to talk to Arno about, but he couldn't remember what, so he dug through his memories for a bit.
'Oh, Right! Felix'
Leus stopped Arno from leaving
"Master, dan I ask you a favor?"
Arno narrowed his eyes and asked
"What?"
"Guardian Felix, his wife is pregnant, is it possible to give him a vacation or something?"
"Oh? That's much easier than I expected, well, sure, I'll do it for you, but don't get used to such things, this job is already very luxurious."
Leus smiled
"Thanks, Master!"
Arno turned around and exited the room, Leaving Leus alone with the book.
