All eyes were fixed on Leus

Ishaan's eyes darted between Leus and Blaze, Then he asked, His neutral tone showing the slightest tinge of surprise in it

"Was that ... Silent Casting?"

"Yes"

"How many more spells can you cast?"

Leus was confused by the question

"Many?"

"How many exactly?"

"I don't know"

Ishaan became slightly irritated by Leus' answers

He placed another stone wall and said

"Then release 5 more spells on this"

'That's not a part of the test though is it'

He didn't say his thoughts out loud and did as he was asked

The only sound in the room was the sound of Leus' daggers shattering on the stone wall

"That's 5"

"How many more can you cast?"

"More than 5 more"

"How many exactly?"

Leus sighed

"I have enough mana to release 10s more, It's too many to count"

Ishaan narrowed his eyes but didn't say anything else regarding this

"Let's continue"

Ishaan raised his wooden sword and walked forward until he was in front of Leus

"Block at least two out of my three attacks"

Leus nodded

Leus unsheathed his sword and focused on his surroundings

'It should be very easy, I can sense his attacks'

Leus sharpened his senses and focused on his version of Domain

Ishaan's attacks were very simple, an attack from the left, An attack from the top, And an attack from down, All three in quick succession.

Naturally, Leus was easily able to block all three

Knights are common, and the exam wasn't really about testing his sword skills. It was all about his magic. The moment Leus showcased his Silent Magic, he essentially aced the exam. Everything else was just a formality.

After Leus blocked the three sword attacks Ishaan said

And quickly went up

Blaze and Leus followed after him

Lisa was confused by the development but she followed them nonetheless

After the four of them went upstairs, The training hall became noisy, VERY noisy

"Did you see that? He silently cast 8 attack spells of different elements"

"I know right? It's crazy"

"Ishaan himself confirmed it, That kid is not normal"

"Definitely not, Anyone know how old is he?"

They looked at each other

A red-haired man who looked slightly stronger than the rest said

"A while back, I heard from some Crimson Guards that a 7-year-old kid with purple hair is training to become a mage.

It must be this kid, The hair color matches"

The people in the room continued talking about Leus, From his hair color to his abilities, Everyone was interested in knowing more information about this kid, But there was little to no information except rumors.

After a while, they dispersed and went upstairs, Only to talk more about Leus with those who didn't come to watch the exam, Interestingly, All those who didn't come were Knights or lower, Every single Elite attended it.

Ishaan entered his office followed by Blaze and Leus, Soon after, Lisa entered behind them and closed the door.

Ishaan spoke to Leus and Blaze

"Have a seat"

Then he turned to Lisa and said

"Lisa, Prepare something to drink for our guests"

"Sure sir"

Lisa left the office and only the three of them remained

Ishaan was sitting behind his desk, and Blaze and Leus were sitting in front of him opposing each other

Ishaan started by asking Blaze

"How old is he?"

"Four"

"Four?" Ishaan repeated in a surprised voice

"Yes"

At first, Ishaan was skeptical, But he quickly concluded that Blaze wouldn't lie

'We have his files, and anyway, why would he lie?'

Ishaan eyed Leus upside down and then said

"That's ... Unheard of"

Blaze confirmed

" ... Yeah"

"The amount of mana he possesses is vast, And his level is unbelievable compared to his age, What are you planning to do with him?"

Leus was amused by Ishaan's words

'He's talking like I'm a pet'

But he decided to not interrupt and leave things to Blaze

"Leus is smart, I'll let him do what he wants.

For now, He wants to be a member of the guild, Gain some experience for two weeks or so then he'll go to the Library, Arno offered to take him as an apprentice"

The moment Ishaan heard Arno's name his face twisted in anger

"The Librarian is always a step ahead huh....."

Blaze didn't reply

Ishaan sighed then quickly fixed his expression and spoke to Leus

"Leus, Become stronger.

If you become Elite soon enough then I'll personally intercede for you with Duke Ignatius, We're a family after all"

When Leus heard that, he had to pinch himself to not laugh

'Pfffffff a family'

He calmed down and faked a serious tone

"Of course, That's an opportunity I'll work hard for"

Ishaan liked that answer, a smile appeared on his face

"Very well, If you need anything for your training you can let me know any time."

Lisa entered the room with 3 mugs of coffee and placed them on the desk

Ishaan looked at Lisa and said

"Listen, Leus is from an esteemed branch family of ours.

Whenever he visits the Guild and inquires about me, let him in right away. and if he asks for something within your capabilities, go ahead and assist him without waiting for permission. After all, Family is everything."

Lisa nodded while pitying Leus in her mind

'How can he lie with such a straight face .. Poor kid'

Leus asked

"Will I now become a member?"

"Of course, Lisa, Immediately prepare him his card, A Warrior Mage"

Lisa nodded and left the room

For a couple of minutes, the three drank while conversing about general matters, Ishaan asked Leus a few calculated personal questions regarding his family and abilities.

They spoke until Lisa returned to the office with the card which she handed to Leus with a smile

"Here's your card, Warrior-Mage Leus Inferno"

The card's design was simple, it had Leus' name, His Realm, and some other information like the issuance date

While Leus was inspecting it, Lisa said

"Put your mana in it"

Leus did what she said, and the card glowed red

Lisa explained

"That's your personal card, Whenever you add your mana it'll glow red, If someone else does it then the card will immediately shatter.

It doesn't matter if you lose it because no one else can use it, But it'll cost you some money to make a new one, This one is on us, Welcome to the guild"

Leus smiled at her and said

"Thank you"

A few seconds later, Blaze spoke

"We must leave now, We got some work to do"

Ishaan said with a smile

"I understand, Remember what I said Leus"

After that, Both Leus and Blaze left the office, and Lisa closed the door behind them

As soon as the door closed, the smile vanished from Ishaan's face

"Bring me every single file in existence about Blaze immediately"

Ishaan's lips curled up in a wicked smile

'This is a big catch, We shouldn't miss it'

Lisa nodded and went to search for the file while thinking to herself

'Yep, That's the Ishaan I know of .. Cunning bastard'
