Lava Golem

There was no place for shelter or even a single trace of life within the area. 

"This is going to be a lot harder than he makes it out to be" He said as he looked up to see several things coming out of the lava. 

"Of course, lava golems and my life detection can't sense that, let's add that to the list" Steve said as he quite literally brought out a book and a pen and began writing. 

After that, He put away the  book as he took a step forward only to find himself floating in the sky. Taking another step, he rose higher almost as though he was climbing an invisible stair in the sky. 

However this wasn't an invisible staircase, it was a new ability he developed using his absurd control of mana via his skill [Architect's Touch]. 

It allowed him to command mana in such a way that he seemed like it's master and it was but a slave. Each step he took was simply by condensing the mana in his surroundings to create a platform for him. To step on. 

It was a different skill to use but it was also one that he had trained extensively. 

[Air Walk] was an ability he created because he believed it would allow him superior mobility in combat and at the moment, it was useful. 

Steve continued rising here until the heat he could feel outside became nearly non-existent. 

"There are different biomes here, Lava, Ice and some forestry, how nice" Steve commented 

There existed three biomes which meant that there were at least three monster types within each area and from the mana he could sense, it seemed that each side had its own boss. 

"Anyway, the easy one first" Steve said as he immediately let go of the platform below him as he began descending down to the earth quickly. 

With his sword at his back and his hands ahead as though he was diving into water, Steve jumped into the pool of lava without a single fear. 

[Thermoregulation III], [Comfort V] and [Protection III] took care of the heat so he felt none of it, however he still threw himself head first into molten lava.

Thankfully, he was now strong enough to handle such a hit. Seconds later, he came out of the pool completely unscathed.

"They all work as i expect" Steve noted before finally focusing the monsters before him

Placing his hand on the ground, on top of the lava, Steve immediately activated his touch. Instantly the area around him began turning to volcanic rock.

He was cooling down the lava, seeing that he could actually do it, he stood up and continued doing so as he ran forward.

He didn't bother with any of the golems who were rising from within the lava since nearly all of them ended up as volcanic rock and soon as dust.

"No, wait, i can learn Golem making from this" Steve thought after a while.

One of the mountains had completely cooled down leaving just one of them, from which he could sense the most enemies from.

His life detection was actually working there which meant that whatever was there, was actually alive which also meant that there was a high chance the boss was there as well.

Stopping his race for a while, Steve came upon one of the many golems who had come out of the ground.
