Monsters and Fairies

In the meantime, Jackson is having a meeting at the headquarters to get updates on recent events from his staff. Sarah, his secretary, calls for the staff to report their findings.

Sarah: "Please report your findings."

One of the staff members: "There have been reports of unknown monsters appearing in the Median Mountain for the past few days. These monsters are aggressive and showing signs of expanding their territory. They might soon attack areas under Jackson Enterprise's jurisdiction. People are spreading different rumors about these monsters, with some calling them demons unleashed from hell."

Another staff member: "On another note, there have been sightings of small winged creatures, about the size of our palm, appearing in various forests. Our biology department believes that these creatures might be a type of ancient living creature known as fairies. The investigation is still ongoing."

Jackson: "Fairies? I've heard of these legends before. But why are they and these monsters appearing now? I don't understand."

The first staff member: "The details are still unclear. The reports of monster sightings and fairy sightings started coming in around 12 PM two days ago."

Jackson: "12 PM two days ago... Alright, get back to the investigation and report your findings to me as soon as possible. Also, if those sightings are real, try to capture some samples. They might be useful for our plans."

The two staff members: "Yes, sir!"

Half an hour later, in Jackson's office, he gathers Bastian and Alistair to discuss the latest information.

Jackson: "What do you think of the monsters and fairies observed recently around the world?"

Bastian: "Although we can't say for sure, could it be related to the mysterious being we encountered in the lab?"

Alistair: "I think it's possible. The timing matches.?"

Jackson: "Regardless of whether these events are related, we should capture some samples from the monsters and fairies. Let's see if we can find any business opportunities from them."

Jackson continues: "Regarding the search for Angel Heart, Bastian, any progress so far?"

Bastian: "We don't have much progress yet. We already have most of the DNA for residents in our city in our dataset, but none of them match. However, for people outside of our city, I'm not sure how we can search for them. But... I do have an idea."

Jackson: "What is it?"

Bastian: "Maybe we can modify the A13 DNA into the D666 series."

Alistair: "A13?"

Bastian: "The A13 series DNA has high mutability and a wide range of customization. Maybe we can modify it to something similar to the D666 series."

Alistair: "Have you done this before?"

Bastian: "No, the A13 series is not always stable after modification, and although we can modify its structure to resemble D666, there's no guarantee of the outcome. There are certain risks involved in conducting this experiment. However, if we closely monitor the mutation and stop the experiment if any danger arises, it should be fine."

Alistair: "But it will still be fake D666 DNA.. What do you think boss?"

After some thought, Jackson orders: "Sarah, initiate a program to rescan the DNA of our residents under the name of the ZGene DNA Plug-in Project. Also, organize a big event with our most famous artists under our company. This will attract people from outside to visit our city, and we can use the opportunity to scan their DNA. Hopefully, this will lead us somewhere."

Jackson continues: "Bastian, continue your experiment and research on the D666 DNA series. I want to know what is so special about it and whether it's something the mysterious being is afraid of. If it is, it will give us an advantage if we manage to obtain it."

Bastian: "The A13 DNA series usually belongs to some artists and special talents under our company. I will need support from Sarah to obtain some samples."

Sarah: "Sure."

Jackson: "If necessary, don't hesitate to sacrifice people. After all, we can build and train our talents again in the future. Alright, let's get back to work."
