Reqiel was far too distracted in the dining hall to remember to ask for lunch like he had teasingly said he would, not noticing Sarell's worried looks throughout the meal.

"What would you like to do today, Your Grace?" Sarell asked carefully as they left the dining hall.

"Would you like to knit with me?" He asked, hopeful.

Reqiel still had the constant fear that he would lose his freedom to do the things he got to do now, he worried that Sarell would deny him every other request he made.

"Of course," Sarell accepted eagerly, and the tension bled out of his shoulders.

He busied himself getting out the yarn and knitting pins while Sarell stoked the fire and walked over to a window to look outside, pushing the drapes outside. "It rained a lot yesterday, it wouldn't be wise to step outside until the ground dries up, especially the woods."
