Inheritance beads

Raven was currently inside his Mirror World eating fruits while listening to other youngsters outside . Suddenly Clayman said something which piqued his interest and he quickly swallowed his fruit .

" Are you joking ? "

" No brother Justin , I'm not joking at all . My father told me that some of the Inheritance Palaces which are more than ten thousands of years old , contain inheritance beads . The knowlege of constructing these beads are now lost but they are truly good things .

The Sects would leave their knowledge in the form of inheritance beads and only the disciples who passed various trials could receive them . So I think that if this palace had those beads then there will be dangerous trials waiting for us . It is very likely that this palace may be more than ten thousand years old because there is no information about it in the current records ."

" You may be right brother. In the war with Devils ten thousand years ago , it is said that many experts died and much knowledge was lost with them . So it's possible that we may encounter ancient items in this palace! "

Justin and Clayman continued with their talk but Raven was too excited to hear them . He just could not digest those words ' inheritance beads ' completely .

Raven wanted the most were not treasures but knowledge . If he had the knowledge then only he can use all the treasures he will gain from his adventures. Reading books was a fine method to gain know but it was too time consuming . The books were scattered in all the places but inside those inheritance beads , knowledge was present in a whole.

Raven had discarded the idea of learning alchemy , Formations etc because he did not want to spend time and resources on them. But if he can gain the knowledge and experience of predecessors then Raven will definitely learn them . Countless thoughts started running inside Raven's mind and he just could not waste any more time at the entrance of the palace .

The lure of inheritance beads was too great so Raven decided not to have fun and seriously plunder the whole place . Thus he did not waste anymore time and started advancing towards the palace .

Just like the time with space portal, Raven was sure that this palace must be filled with powerful Formations and he had no idea if he can bypass them . But Raven gained confidence when he passed the gate without any obstructions.

The hall inside was huge and dark too . Raven could only see some huge pillars near him which were inscribed with strange words and lines . He continued to advance and finally saw light ahead of him .

There was only a small door present so Raven bypassed it and entered inside . He was confused because he only saw a small room there and the stark contrast with the huge hall from before was too much .

There was only a luxurious chair made of fine wood and embedded with polished jade . Next to the chair was a small desk and one thick book which looked like a diary lying on it .

Raven had read many books on Ancient Knowledge so he could read the title on the book .

The domineering title was more than sufficient to pique Raven's interest so he decided to read the book . So he approached the table and grabbed the book by extending his hands from the Mirror World .
