I should have known that something like this or something very similar to this was the case; however, it just didn’t seem possible. Humans cannot be wolves. As far as I was aware, the king, Prince Darius, Prince Leonard, and Prince Florian, all of them are human.
Being told so seriously and so suddenly that they were wolves was just insane.
“It can’t be…” I replied with the only conclusion that my mind could bring itself to believe.
There is no way that members of the royal family are wolves. Despite all the strange things that I’ve seen and experienced with them, it still cannot be. There’s got to be some kind of explanation for this although I had no idea what it was.
“Well, I guess I can’t really blame you for having that kind of reaction. Perhaps, after hearing the history of this kingdom you will come to understand more…” she said before trailing off.
