He couldn't He had seen his mate only to watch her run away from him. How could he? He ran after her her bit then he could not tell just where exactly she went into. He watched looked around the area and discovered that the hall was massively filled up with so many people. Where was he supposed to start looking for her. 

He decided to trace her with her scent. Damon walked speedily towards the direction of the scent, but he became fainter the further he went.

Suddeny, he couldn't perceive her scent anymore. How was this possible. Where could she have gone to that ot seemed as though she had Suddenly disappeared from the surface of the earth. What could be happening?"

"Is she someone important, Alpha King Damon?"

Damon turned around to the lady he had met earlier. He recalled Mona called him a liar the moment he saw her and now she called him by his full name. She must either have known him somewhere or she was working with the enemy.
