Let's Enter the Abyss
Still, it had been two weeks since Darius had last heard from Enzo or Nicholai about the trip to the Cosmic Castle. In the safety of their Estate, Darius was only left to think about the scratchy voice that only spoke to him while they were on the premises of the Mirage Castle. If it was indeed just the echoes from the mirrors of the Sanctum, then Darius had no reason to believe it.
Then again, he kept thinking about it. What if it was correct to assume that the crest of the Abyssal King was up for grabs? However, the shadow cast by that very crest was too dark. It took four other Kings to kill that very King who even dared to overpower the Moon Goddess herself. To think about it, if the crest was not with Gilbert, then where was it?
Sadly, Darius was awakened by the sound of the egg timer. He then started attending to the food he was cooking for the Thanksgiving Banquet for this month's full moon. As he stirred the thick soup, he narrowed his eyes.
