Episode 1: Prologue

In the heart of Gemstone City.

Jude is walking toward his academy.

Jude our main character is an ordinary student in Sky High Academy, he is a person with above average looks and have a lot of interest in many different things. His parents are on the different country working.

On the street called Lope Street.

" Oyyyyhh! Jude! "

As he heard this voice he turned around and saw his friend Bryan catching up with him.

" Good Morning Brayn. " Jude casually replied then continued walking.

" Morning! Did you watch the news yesterday? The thing about the meteor that'll pass through our planet? " Bryan said as he breathed heavily after catching up.

" Oh about that. Yeah they said it was very fast asteroid at the sub-light speed. " Jude replied indifferently.

" Dont you find that cool? It's very fast! What if it changes direction and hit our planet? It would bring disaster Bro! " Bryan said with a complicated look. He didn't know if he should be excited or nervous.

" It wont! Aren't you listening to explaination of the scientist? It would be very unlikely. Anyway you won't even see it because of it's speed dummy. " Jude comforted his overacting friend.

They talk for while before finally entering their academy. As they are walking on the corridor they saw a very beautiful girl ahead.

" Hey! Veronica! Yuhooo~ " Bryan shouted to the girl ahead.

" Good morning Jude and Bryan~" The girl named Veronica greeted them back with her cute little voice then joined them. Veronica is Jude's childhood friend.

After reaching the classroom they chatted for a while before the class started. After a whole day the teacher dismissed them and Jude's group headed home together.

After reaching home Jude laid on his bed thinking what to do the next day. He often stays home like always on Saturday.

But Veronica invited them to watch the meteor that'll pass tomorrow. Although it'll only be seen for a brief moment, literally brief 1 or 2 second at most. He's currently contemplating wether to come or make an excuse. After all they'll just go there to watch a 1 second film and then what? He doesn't really like crowded places. Literally crowded means there's 2 or more people that he doesn't know.

A million years later he finally decided to go, after all it is an opportunity to go out with his friends, they hadn't hanged out for a while now maybe 1 year.. Yeah a while.. Then he read novel after the head aching thinking and later slept.

Early the next morning the sun rised and then quickly set. It's also worth mentioning that Jude woke up from his deep slumber in the afternoon and ate The -Broken Missile-, The Break Lunch or the combination of breakfast and lunch.

Before the sky turned dark Jude dress himself with a shirt with pooh design and jeans then left.

After riding a bus he finally reached Tobio Park where they'll meet, this park is extremely vast. The Park have many different attractions and one of them is the The Portal in the river. This is called The Portal because according to the people that live near here in ancient times there is a portal here that leads to another world.

As Jude is walking in the bridge above the river his gaze fell on the water, below there is indeed a weird formation of stones in there.

He started imagining the scenery of the portal then the people of ancient times with extremely robust body holding a mace guarding the portal gate majestically.

"Jude! Jude! Jude! " Only after his friends called his name several times did he snapped out of his daze then quickly headed towards his friends.

Not far away Brayn and Veronica is waiting for him to arrive.

" Hey Guys! Sorry for making you wait. Hehe~" Jude said apologetically.

" It's okay Bro. I just arrived earlier anyway. " Bryan replied nonchalantly.

" Uhuh! How about me? I arrived an hour ago didn't you remember we agreed to tour around first before finding a spot to watch? " Veronica replied angrily then pouted.

"Hahaha! My bad I didn't remember. Hahaha..."

Jude laughed awkwardly.

Veronica didn't reply but just pouted as he look at Jude cutely.

"Hahaha! Yeah, it was also my mistake. But it looks like I'm a side wheel here." Bryan said with a knowing expression.

"Bryan! " Jude and Veronica both exclaimed. They were very embarrassed always being called a couple.

" Hahahaha! Okay! Okay. I was just kidding. Let's go find a place now it won't take long before the meteor pass now. " Bryan replied and ran as to not get pecked by the angry love birds at the back.

After finding a suitable place to watch they started chatting and eating food waiting for the event to happen. Bryan excused himself to pee and left the couple.

" Why would you like to watch the meteor Veronica? I mean it's just going to pass and we won't see it for long. " Jude asked.

" Honestly, I really just wanna hang out with you guys. Because I'll be leaving this summer.. And I also have a good news! "

Veronica said with an excited expression, then stop for a moment to have a thrilling atmosphere.

" I was accepted to the College University that I want! The Phoenix University!"

" Oh! Congrats! But aren't that too far from here? It should be in the Main City, Bronze City. " Jude replied with a complicated expression. He doesn't know if he should be happy or sad.

" it's okay. I will still visit here every once in a while and aren't we hanging out right now? " Veronica said softly as she comforted Jude.

" Anyway, where would you study College? It's just a week before our graduation and we'll be entering college after the summer."

Jude thinked for a bit then replied bitterly

" I don't really know. I don't even know what I want to be. Besides I don't even know if I'll get accepted to college. "

" That's okay, then why don't you try to enter Phoenix University! There's many opportunities to choose there and we can also be together, let's also invite Bryan! " Veronica excitedly invited.

" It's not that easy for us to enter you know! I'm not as smart and optimistic as you and Bryan!" He sluggishly replied with a tired tone.

" It's alright it's not bad to give it a try right? And if you both succeed we could be together there. Hehe maybe you don't even know that you're a secret genius! " Veronica looked up at the sky and stood up while saying loudly.

" Y...yea... Yeah! Now stop that! Sit down. " Jude looked around, embarrassed as he pulled Veronica down.

At this moment Bryan finally arrived and he also heard what they were talking about.

" Yes! I'll also try. Yahoo! We'll be together. "

Bryan exclaimed in excitement.

" See! Even Bryan said he will do it, just try Jude It won't be as hard as you imagine. " Veronica stood up again as she softly patted his back.

Jude was happy as he saw both of his friends supporting him. He was very touched by their encouraging words. He also toopd up and shouted in the sky " I can do it! We can go to Phoenix University together! Yeaaaahhhhh! "

Veronica jump excitedly and so does Bryan.

But after hearing Jude's last words he froze and said. " Eh? Pho....phoe... Phoenix University?!! Wait... On the second thought maybe I wont.. "

He was cut off by Veronica as she pulled both of her friends happily and ran with them around the the park.

After running for a while Veronica finally got exhausted and laid on the grass. Both Jude and Bryan also got tired and laid on the grass as they started talking about their future life in the Phoenix University.

Bryan even joked on how he'll pick the best girl there and marry her after graduation. Both of his friends just laugh as they know he was just daydreaming at night.

Because it's night but he's awake so he's daydreaming right? Anyway... After a while they finally saw the meteor pass for a second and afterwards finally headed home.

On the space, as the meteor thing pass the earth.

" Venerable Pain, We need to slow down. There's a space distortion in the planet that we'll pass. " Exclaimed a man who has a very robust body full of scars riding on a flying sword. He looked at the man ahead leading their team.

" There's a teleportation channel here! Strike it down! We can't loss that beast! "

The old man named Venerable Pain wore a gold majestic coat as he ordered them, he started flying faster in the space.

" But the posrtal might open.. " A man who looked like a Scholar said but he stopped after seeing the determined look on Venerable Pain's face.

The man who's riding a sword just shook his head as he accelerated and pick a sword from out of nowhere and thrusted it at the distorting space ahead of them. The sword released a very powerful energy that transformed into a very large and powerful sword as it blasted the distorted space and shattered it leaving a wide hole with nothing but void. The team continued flying ahead.

At the same time as this was happening Jude just left his friends and is now walking on the bridge above the river. He stopped walking forward and got closer to the edge of the bridge. As he stared in the strange formation in the river, the phone in his hand slipped and falled in the river. He panicked and also jump into the river.

" No!! It was just bought last year I can't lose it! "

He falled into the river and as he got closer to the water, the clearer the formation get. The momenr he entered the water the formation suddenly lit up and he was blinded by the light.
