It was the first quest Kai had seen in a while and the quantity of Xp was 1,000 per low tier beast. This meant that he could farm a lot of it on the island. Kai's eyes glowed with excitement.

"This is great!" he shouted before he stopped running.

He was in front of a boat that was inside the sand; only the front half of the boat could be seen sticking out of the sand. He was about to take a step but he quickly ducked upon seeing something move. It was a dog-like beast, the beast was completely bald except for a crest of hair that started on its head and ended in its tail. His body was robust, the fangs were sharp, and looked to be able to cut through flesh and bones. This made it clear that it was no dog, only a beast. Even though this creature was a low tier Kai could clearly see it was strong.

The weird thing was Kai wasn't afraid of it, but he sensed more of them nearby. "I guess this is the spot but where are the rest? I can sense them but not see them" Kai frowned.

[Mythic Eyes]

Kai now could see nine black auras around the boat, when he deactivated his skill. There was nothing, but what he saw shocked him. Another smaller dog started to appear out of nowhere as if it was materializing from thin air.

"Some beasts have special abilities, I forgot about that lesson. It seems that dogs can turn invisible," he said.

But Kai frowned harder since this ability could be troublesome.

[Mythic Eyes]

Kai's eyes glowed crimson red and he could now see the auras around the beasts. He dashed towards one of the dogs and it was caught off guard. Kai summoned his gauntlets and punched through the beast.

"Guess I'll have to fight like this for a while" Kai said as he ripped the heart of the beast body through the back. Seeing this the dog that was on top of the boat roared in anger, and this action made the others turn their invisibility off to bare their fangs at Kai.

Kai only smiled like a battle addicted maniac, five of the dogs turned invisible while the others remained visible this included the one on top of the boat which was bigger than the rest of them. The invisible one started to approach him but Kai could see their aura. One of the dogs tried to pounce on Kai but it was grabbed and slammed to the floor by him.

"Sorry, but that won't work on me" Kai said, stomping the head of the dog, killing it instantly. Seeing that stealth won't work, the dogs appeared and regrouped trying to use numbers against Kai.

But Kai had a grin on his face that only grew bigger. He extended his hands, that still had their gauntlets covering them. Purplish electricity appeared on top of a light reddish hot energy in both of his hands.

*Crack*

*Blitz*

A ball of plasma the size of a volleyball appeared in both of his hands; he then joined them together in front of him. The plasma became unstable. Kai gritted his teeth as his struggle but Kai maintained it; he then brutally threw his arms forward as a beam of plasma that molded into the form of a hook but it was sharp. The dogs that made contact with it got slashed in half, seeing that the others jumped out of the way, but when the energy impacted the ground.

*BOOM*

The energy exploded and created a super hot shockwave that disintegrated the dog like beast. Kai stretched his body as if it was all done, but he then stopped when he saw the big dog still alive, it growled at him with murderous intent.

Kai Widen his eyes as he saw the aura of the creature. "You're a medium tier," Kai said before smiling. "I was thinking of another ability to create with my plasma, let's try this" He said as a ball of plasma appeared in his hand.

Kai was now able to control up to a volleyball size plasma ball in both of his hands. But molding this energy was extremely difficult. It took him a whole day of training before he had the basics of his hook blade attack down and even now was proven difficult to control. He wrapped his other hand with plasma as well and grabbed the ball before he started to stretch it, like a blade. He lowered his hand and made his fingers go straight before pulling back the plasma, to cover his wrist. Kai's hand was an unstable blade of plasma.

He now had the capacity to slash takes to the blade but also had strength and defense thanks to his gauntlet. The dog grew impatient as it leaped towards Kai who was still struggling to maintain the form of the blade. Upon seeing the beast Kai slashed horizontally and cut the dog's head off, but the blade in his hand went flying into the jungle.

"Shit, I still need to practice my control," Kai said.

Seeing this Kai smiled, it was the first time he had gained such Xp after he killed the doctor. Suddenly Kai felt something that gave him goosebumps, he turned to the right, he was still using [Mythic Eyes] and what he saw made him nervous. A creature covered in stripes appeared from the jungle. The creature looked like a tiger but it was at least three times bigger and on his head were deer horns that glowed blue. His front paws were extremely buff, and its main color was red and the stripes were blue.

"This aura is not from a warrior tier but it should be a High tier, I don't know if I can deal with this alone" Kai thought as he got in a defensive position.

When Kai was about to move the tiger appeared behind him in a second. It swung its massive right paw to claw at Kai.

[Second Step]

In less than a second Kai jumped out of the way and created quite a distance from the tiger-like beast. Kai saw a burned mark on the side of the tiger and slammed his hand on his forehead.

"Of all the creatures it could have hit it had to be one of this caliber" Kai said as a drop of sweat ran down the side of his head.
