Escape

Henry, who had been trapped in the explosion in the sewer, found himself in a completely different place. The explosion had transported him to an interdimensional space, a surreal environment where reality was distorted and fragments of time floated around him.

-Where am I?

The scene constantly changed, showing him moments from his past and future in a disorderly manner. He saw himself playing with his sister in the garden of his childhood, then standing on a battlefield facing hordes of APX-WET. The line between reality and fantasy blurred. Suddenly, a figure appeared in the distance. It was a distorted version of himself, with empty eyes and an unsettling expression. The Henry figure asked him, Henry, confront your truth. What and who are you really?

-I am... Henry. Just Henry.

The figure laughed with an eerie echo, and the scene changed again. This time, Henry found himself trapped in a cage, helplessly watching as his family fought against the creatures ravaging their home.

-No, I can't stay here! I have to do something!

At that moment, a flash of light enveloped him, and Henry found himself back in the real world, amidst the rubble of the sewer. His body trembled as he tried to process the supernatural experience he had just lived through.

-It was just an illusion, right? Or something more?

As he tried to compose himself, Henry realized he wasn't alone. A strange symbol glowed in his hand, a tangible reminder that something beyond everyday reality had occurred. The truth, however, remained a mystery wrapped in fragments of distorted visions.

As Henry wrestled with his thoughts, the echoes of the explosion reached the ears of a team of American special forces nearby. The sound caught their attention and triggered an immediate rescue operation. In the shadows of the dusk, a team member named Junior and two more soldiers advanced with military precision toward the site of the explosion. The flashes of tactical flashlights and the crunch of dry leaves under their boots echoed in the tense air. They found Henry among the debris, disoriented and in a state of shock.

-We have a survivor here! Are you okay, soldier? Soldier 1 asks.

-Soldier? What's going on? Henry asks.

-Calm down, my name is Junior and we're here to help. Can you walk?

The rescue team, equipped with tactical gear and advanced weaponry, guided Henry out of the sewer and provided immediate medical attention. As they moved away from the chaos of the explosion, Henry watched in amazement as the American soldiers arrived.

-Don't worry, you're safe now. Are there more survivors? Soldier 2 asks.

Henry: My friends... Rayber, Axel, Rohwder.

-Understood. Let's take care of you first. Then, we'll figure out how to find your friends. Junior replies.

Henry was taken to a safe area where he received proper medical care. As he recovered, the nurse attending to him appeared interesting, but because Henry didn't know any English, they couldn't communicate perfectly. Then the American soldiers, aware of the gravity of the situation, pledged to help in whatever way they could.
