It has been two Months since the Walpurgis and a lot happened since then.

Being the ruler of the whole Jura forest and Jistav, he now has authority over all creatures in his domain. A week after Walpurgis, Tempest welcomed all the different races for an audience with Rimuru, this went on for three days.

Next, he intended to launch a festival to raise awareness that Tempest was welcome to trade and was a friendly nation but it got suspended when Diablo mentioned that he noticed the Empire becoming active once again after hundreds of years.

The empire had remained passive for 300 years or so and now it has finally begun to move. The army was being strengthened and the technology and living style advancing to a New degree.

Only Rimuru recognised what this technology was. Communication systems closely similar to Internet but with magic, Machines that resembled Gundams, Tanks, Missile Launchers and firearms like guns, rocket guns and other such weapons were something Rimuru never imagined he would see in a fantasy world.

All of these dictated to Bael being a Reincarnator and the only difference form the Earth's tecnology and this one's is magic. Magicule and Magic concepts were deeply integrated into the Machines that made it made ten times more powerful than the original counterparts.

Just what on Earth was The Empire doing, he didn't know, but he could guess it was related to that Dino guy and the Tenma War.

'Sorry, I kinda forgot about it.' Sheepishly apologized Rimuru as he gave a lame excuse.

'So why is Bael trying.... wait...he is trying to kickstart the war, isn't he?' Rimuru quickly realised what the Orion Empire was doing.

"Shion." Rimuru called out to Shion who was dutifully standing beside him as the first secretary should.

"Yes Rimuru -sama." Shion replied.

"Arrange a meeting, with all the Allies for Tempest." Rimuru asked.

"I assume you want me to arrange this meeting virtually?" Shion confirmed.

"Yes." Rimuru said as he went back into finishing up the paper work for the day.

"So this is the Empire's plan?" A translucent figure of Gazef spoke as he crossed his hands deep in thought. Beside him the translucent figure of the Pegasus Captain was present. The figures of Youm, Kavel, Fuze, Ellis were present in translucent form.

The room was Also occupied by the High ranking members of tempest.

They were in their own countries far away from Tempest but were able to communicate with each other due to a technology that The Empire, Orion had introduced called Remote Communication, which was modified by Raphael to be tailored for only confidential meetings.

It was always good to attend confidential meetings in person but time was not on their side right now. Rimuru wanted to inform the guys about Bael's plans and he wanted opinions from them because they knew the Empire more than him.

"Yes. Well it's a theory really which has a probability of being true." Rimuru answered.

"It is not a baseless theory regardless. Orion is a nation known for its highly advanced technology, it was speculated by us that maybe the Empire was intentionally holding back on fully exposing their prosperity in this aspect. And it turned out to be true." Ellis Grimwald added.

"Why do you think the Empire would make such moves now? Like it could wait for another year or more, After all I doubt Bael has any issues with Time." Fuze said.

"Maybe because it really is an issue with time. Maybe there is something that made him do it. " Benimaru guessed.

"It could be that..." The rest also tried to figure out what the motives of the Empire was and they reached nothing.

"Hey, Rimuru you seem to be quite acquainted with Bael why not ask him yourself?" Veldora suggested as he casually ate some chips.

"What!! YOU ARE FRIENDS WITH HIM!!?" Fuze couldn't help but scream.

"Rimuru, we shall have a very thorough conversation regarding this matter afterwards. For now call Demon Lord Bael and ask him what he's doing." Gazef stared at Rimuru as the slime Sheepishly rubbed his back head.

"The Orion Empire is moving it's pieces now." Yuki spoke as he swirled the Wine on his glass. A habit he picked up from Clayman.

"Boss, what is the response from the angels?" Kagali asked.

"They are waiting. Feldway wants to stall this as much as it is possible, he wants to make sure that Michael has fully regained control over Rudra's body before doing anything. But it seems Bael knows about it, and he won't let it happen." Yuki answered.

"Are we aslo stepping in it?" Tear asked.

"Yes. We have to. Feldway is even considering making an alliance with the Insectars." Yuki said.

"But aren't the Phantom and Insectar races against each other? Not to mention, they are a completely mindless alien race, why would they consider participating?" Kagali asked.

"Feldway is backed in a corner, he is not that confident in fighting Bael, he knows his strength, also the Empire has those ten Guardians or Ministers. The Insectars are not entirely mindless, they work as a hivemind and the Leader or queen are vastly intelligent Creatures." Yuuki explained.

"I wonder which side the Demons will take." Footman wondered to no-one, he already knew the answer.

"It's clear, they will side with Orion. Leaving Guy, Rain and Misery, we have Noir who is now under that Newbie. As for Blanc, Jaune and Violet they are now under Bael." Yuuki added.

"Damn. This lineup is getting crazier the more I think about it. " Laplace joked as he twirled around.

"Yeah, I guess the time has come for us to go all out. I was hoping to get more Mangas from Rimuru but it seems he has already figured me out. He also took those children with him." Yuuki sighed in regret.
