Episode 6: Brush With The Law (Part 2)

"Who're these randos?"

Ah. She's one of those valley girl types. I can't say I've met one before so this was sure to be interesting.

"These are not randos, my lady," Sebastian groaned, still facedown on the dirt. "They're SPD officers who wants to talk to your mother."

She scoffed. "Sebastian, you gotta have your eyes checked. These two? SPD officers? One's a hobo-looking old guy and the other's a weak-looking kid."

"We're the same age," Arthur argued.

She just waved him away and turned to me.

"I don't know who you are, old fogie. But impersonating a police officer's a crime. I'm gonna report you."

She didn't sound intelligent at first. Well, most of the words that came out of her mouth still sounded close to gibberish to me. However, from just that one sentence, it seemed that she had something in that little head of hers.

The head that took the brunt of a suitcase with heavy thwack soon after.

"IF YOU'RE RUNNING AWAY, THEN GET YOUR STUFF!"

A lady shouted from the gate.
