The same applied to the martial technique,Iron Fist, which was a set of boxing technique that increased ones melee strength and agility for a longer time with less consumption on stamina and vital energy.

The movement technique, Falcon Fleight,boosted ones speed over a short distance,for practically nothing.

These three techniques were a must learn for his guards,but he held on adding the two techniques on the merit points exchange log,as he wanted to learn them first. He would only let those at the high stage of spirit qi gathering realm have access to them,they were to act as incentives for the guards.

Six days after Zach's return,the camp produced its first cultivator.The tailor's husband was the first to comprehend the Warrior's Will cultivation manual. For this,Zach had him awarded a bonus of twenty merit points that were later deducted to cover his outstanding debt and the rank of unit leader.

Zach had handed the guards the cultivation manual under one agreement. Any amount of merit points they earned would be deducted to cover the cost of the cultivation manual,as for the cultivation pills and potions,Zach will cover the cost.

He had already forged his copper cauldron and successfully refined four types of low ranked pills,the spirit qi gathering pill, spirit qi pill,this enabled one to quickly replenish spirit qi without cultivating,the foundation stabilizing pill and the healing pill. The low ranked healing pills could stop bleeding and close open wounds. It also speed up the healing of fractured bones.

He also managed to refine two dozen low ranked toxic clearing pills. Refining these was a challenge as he had to carry out several trials in search of spirit herbs that had similar properties to those of this pill,as he did not have the required spirit herbs.

The breakthrough of the tailor's wife was celebrated by the whole camp. And not wanting to be left behind,the remaining guards broke through before the stipulated two weeks were over.

Now Zach had six low ranked spirit gathering realm,three mid stage spirit qi gathering realm two high stage spirit qi gathering realm and one peak stage spirit qi gathering realm guards under his command.

The guards cultivation speed was way beyond the heavens,thanks to Zach not sparing any dime. He even went ahead and killed four of the low stage foundation establishment realm beast in the forest,and had them fed to the guards, strengthening their bodies and boosting their cultivation speed.

Though he knew well that this would affect their battle sence and experience,he was more worried about an attack from the Mamba Bandits.

The guards spent the night and their free time in the cultivation hall, while their morning were spends battling among themselves and even against Zach as to stabilize and sharpen their battle sence.

At noon,they practised skills related to their class. The swordsman and shield bearers practised outside the camp while the archers practised in the forest,as this was the most ideal environment for them.

As for the camp guard duty,and escort tasks,these were left to a group of ten bandits. Zach was not worried of them escaping or sabotaging his camp because of the bloodline seal.

To Zach,these bandits were more loyal than the residents,he had been entertaining thoughts of having them become permanent guards,after the camp upgrade. His plan was to help the twenty-four bandits breakthrough into spirit qi gathering realm,as all had attained the minimum body forging stage requirement for cultivation.

This would increase the number of cultivators under him to forty-one, forty-two,after the lieutenant breakthrough. His would be second strongest force that he knew of,that is second to the Mamba Bandits.

Zach estimated that it would take at least another six months before he produced his first foundation establishment realm guard. He wanted to make the fast move against the Mamba Bandits,but he lacked the numbers interns of body forging realm guards,and foundation establishment realm guards. The Mamba Bandits had more than a hundred and fifty body forging realm members,and five foundation establishment realm members,and these were those that he knew of. Zach had his doubt about the power behind these bandits and so he planned on pushing himself into the core condensation realm within these six months,he earlier on did not want to use cultivation pills,but after succeeding with the toxic clearing pills,he was willing to give the pills a chance. His cultivation at the mid stage foundation establishment realm had stabilized,he only needed a little push to break through the high stage,and time to convert the spirit qi drops into a lake before condensing a core. Six months were more than enough.

Raising his cultivation base would also enable him to create mid ranked formations,that would greatly increase the guards cultivation,and the territory defense,as he had working on some low ranked armor strengthening formations and territory defense formations.

The formation strengthen armor were different from spirit armors,as spirit armors, weapons and tools could only be forged with spirit materials.

Apart from the guards progress in cultivation,the camp size had also doubled,the number of residential cabins had quadrupled,the central region of the camp had more shops,two inns owned bythe residents,two extra warehouse,a hall,big enough to occupy a hundred people and the biggest change was Zach's cabin,it had been rebuilt into a three storey building.

The wooden fence had been replaced with a two metre tall and one metre wide stone wall. The wall alone depleted the stones mined from the two quarries.

The gate was still made of wood,but reinforced with iron. The guards garrison was built close to the gate. The camp jail was located in the basement of one of the guards buildings.

Most of the developmetd were attributed to the bandits,who were used for the labour.
