Olivia stood in front of the full-length mirror as her mother put the blush of her veil over her face. Olivia ran her hands along the beaded lace gown. It had a corset bodice with a plunging neckline. The off the shoulder long sleeves were lace and ran down to create points that wrapped around her middle fingers. The skirt of the dress was long and pooled at her feet with a long train in the back. Her heart caught fire as she thought about Noah's reaction. She wanted his mouth to be on the floor.
She smiled as Noah's mother put an antique necklace around her neck. It was silver with diamonds that dangled down along it in variegated lengths. The middle pendant was the longest and fell right above her cleavage.
"That was my mother's favorite necklace that my father gave her on their trip to Italy." Victoria smiled warmly at her as Olivia touched the necklace with her fingertips.
