Naked

Samantha stares at herself through the mirror in the guest room's bathroom. Her emerald eyes do the same to her. Their expressions are both dark and dangerous.

It's been an hour since she stands in front of that mirror. She has not realised that her entire body has gone dry after leaving it wet for so long.

Whatever Samantha is thinking, no normal minds can comprehend.

Samantha suddenly releases a punch on the mirror. This instantly dismisses the deafening silence that dominates in this small room, with the sounds of glass breaking and shattering on the floor.

Several shards spin towards her face. Most of them just pass by, leaving scratches on the edges of her face, while a pointy one gets stuck on her right cheek.

Samantha remains indifferent even after that. She lazily runs a hand on that shard as if it doesn't concern her, as if it's nothing more than a baby scratch.

She just pulls the shard off without blinking and let it go without sparing it a glimpse. Her dark gaze fixes on that empty wall as she touches her wounds.

Blood seeps eventually from her wounds, especially on that part where the shard stuck. She caresses it in circular motion for a few seconds and brings her fingers in front of her. Only by then, her eyelids flutter once and moves her gaze down to her hand, greeting her vision with blood coating her fingertips.

Samantha feels her wounded skin healing until the wounds completely vanishes, leaving no signs on her face other than blood.

She smirks eerily, eyes still fix on her hand. "That dumbbell is right. You're a devil, Samantha. You'll never live like humans."

She turns the faucet on and washes her hands and face with water. Subsequently, while doing so, Morgan's terrified scream buzzes in her ears.

Samantha immediately zooms off out of that room and appears in her bedroom in a split second. She goes to him on the bed, and checks upon him. "Why did you shriek? What's wrong?"

Samantha freezes on her steps seeing how afraid he is towards her. His face screams everything.

Morgan's frightful and tearful eyes set on her the moment she arrives. Both his body and eyes jerk violently with her presence. Despite that, he attempts to move to fight with her, but he can't even drag his body to sit. His body is heavy as if tons of stones are piled up on top of him, it is exhausted, and intense soreness is everywhere.

Morgan also feels a throbbing headache, as if his head is being nailed with billions of spikes. Everywhere on him, inside and out, are suffering an indescribable pain and discomfort.

For Morgan, this is worse than death. He wishes he can just die. After what Samantha does to him, not only she gives him physical pain, he can't stand to think that she has touched his body against his will, and that disgusts him to the core.

The scent and aftermath of their intense intercourse still linger in the room. This agitates and stimulates Morgan's fear and hatred.

"You… leave… me a-alone… Y-you… are a beast. I'll kill you!!" Morgan swears through broken words, his voice carries deep hostility. "I'll… kill you!" He musters the strength that is left in him and forces himself to point a finger at her. "I… I despise you!!!!"

Samantha runs her eyes on him once again. No doubts, she is a monster— the most coldblooded vampire in history.

When she is in the bathroom earlier, she believes she really has done something wrong to him. But seeing the scratches she left on his naked body, excitement arises inside her once again. Her body wants to feel him for the second time, especially as she can smell how sweet-scented the room after their fervid lovemaking.

She finds it addicting, worse than prohibited drugs.

She shakes her head, trying to get rid of that feeling. 'I can do this. I don't believe I can't handle this.'

She sits on the edge of the bed and clenches his finger in her hand.

She finds his finger so hot, not the kind of warmth that she always feels every time they have physical contact.

"You're okay?" She casually asks. "You're burning."

Samantha feels a faint tug from Morgan. He is trying to pull off his finger. But Samantha doesn't allow him to take it. She tightens her grip on his finger and smiles at him, teasing him. "Don't be shy, boy. It's okay. It's just s*x. Not something big."

"I'll… kill you!" Morgan's rough voice comes through his dry throat. This is already the last thread of strength he has.

Samantha nods, not taking his words seriously. "Got it. Get well soon and kill me. I'm looking forward to it."

Morgan's body seizures rigorously, which makes Samantha immediately stand on her feet. With a frown on her face, she watches him with confusion when she sees his eyes rolling back into his head, showing most of the white part of his pupils.

"What's wrong?" She cups his face as she roams her eyes on his body, not realising that she looks panicking. Even her voice carries a hint of concern. "What's happening to you? Hey, boy. Don't joke like this to me. This is no fun. Hey, idiot. Stop it!"

Samantha pretends she will hit him, but she stops, inches away from his face. She is convinced that Morgan is not okay, knowing that the man has no more strength left to play like this.

"What to do?" Samantha asks herself as she hugs him by his head. "Morgan, hey."

Samantha suddenly remembers a friend. Her eyes flash red and mind links a particular person.

"What is it, my princess?", a man's voice, speaks to her through their mind link. "It's been a while. Did something happen? Actually, you called me at such a wrong time. I'm—"

"Bullshit!" Samantha roars, interrupting his nonstop speech. "You have two options. Go into hiding or come here right now! The earlier, the better!!"

Samantha instantly disconnects their conversation, as she doesn't want to hear his damn excuses. Then, her eyes return to normal, and she hugs Morgan in her arms. She keeps on asking how he is, despite getting no answer from him.

Samantha looks around her room, hoping to find a way from the walls that can help Morgan to get better. Unfortunately, not only does she get nothing, she realises that her room is in a mess. So, she lifts him up with ease in a bridal position and takes him to one of the guest rooms. It is adjacent to her room, but also three rooms apart from her room.

The room is not similar to hers. The wall is painted with white color, the curtains are azure blue, and the bedsheets and pillow cases are white as well. This is the complete opposite of Samantha's room.

The air smells fresh. The room is clean with a light smell of balmy disinfectant. Everything is organised. Obviously, the house is regularly cleaned.

She carefully lays him down on the soft bed and searches for something she can make him wear in her closet. And her lips twitch upon seeing the content of her wardrobe. Everything inside is red and dresses. There's not even a shirt that can be found.

"Oh shit! Shit!" She curses as she kicks the edge of the bed. The pathetic bed is thrown into the corner with a loud squeak.

Samantha grabs a bedsheet instead of clothes and returns to him.

She is wrapping Morgan with the sheet when someone unexpectedly coughs behind her.

"Son of a bitch!" Samantha ejaculates as she jumps forward. She is startled by the sudden noise, and unluckily bumps her leg on the edge of the bed.

Samantha turns around with an intention to kill whoever is the bastard behind her, but eventually stops recognizing the visitor. "Simon, how long have you been here?"

Simon brushes a finger on his nostrils, and crinkles his nose, hesitating to speak and look at her direction. "Umm, I-"

"Speak!!" Samantha glares at him.

Simon turns his back to her and requests, "Get dressed first."

"What?"

"My Princess, though I'm— well, you've surprised me by walking in the buff."

Samantha's forehead creases. His words are very clear, but still, she doesn't catch it.

Simon hesitantly faces her and enunciates every word clearly, "My goodness, My Princess. You're naked."

"I'm… naked?" Samantha repeats after him. With a frown bulging on her forehead even bigger, she checks upon herself and finds everything of her body flaunting proudly to Simon. She raises a brow at him with a sneer forming on her lips, "What's wrong with that? I like it. It's cool. Any problem?"

"Oh wow, not really. It's just—"

She clutches Simon's collar without even touching him and shoves him towards Morgan, ordering him sternly, "Stop wasting time and cure him. I'll leave for a while."

"Oh? I thought you would like it without it." Simon teases her as he has already guessed where she is going to go.

"None of your concern." She retorts.

Simon stops arguing with her. His focus falls to the man, who is groaning endlessly because of the discomfort.

He immediately feels Morgan's pulse on his neck and glares at Samantha, "Hey lunatic, you're too cruel to him! He's a human, but you—" He glances at her down there but immediately moves his gaze back to her face, at which he receives a threatening gawk from her. "Seriously Samantha. He is weak, yet, you didn't restrain yourself!"

Samantha shrugs at Simon in an innocent manner, and says, "I did restrain myself. If not, he would have lost his life now."
