POV-Arthur

"Then let me ask you a question in response,

Your Majesty. How much are you willing to sell your children to me?" I ask the king and nod even a second later I see a sword coming at me and a guard shouting "Insolent peasant! You dare insult the King and his family?"

I quickly sidestep the sword and knock the guard off balance. From the corner of my eye, I saw Max reaching into his dimensional storage ring to grab his sword and in the other eye, I saw the mage getting ready to cast the spell, Just as I was about to cast static void a been of purple light cleaved through the hand of the mage that the caused the mages to spell to explode the remaining part of his hand.

"Ahhhhjhhhhhhhhj, my arm What happened to my arm" screamed the mage. Before passing out.

The room went silent for a moment before the king spoke "Hurry get a healer! And find out what happened." This seemed to have woken up the guards, They then went into action two of the guards went to stop the bleeding and the rest went to find out what happened.

"Oh my God!!! What happened???????? His spell must have messed up" Max exclaimed in a 'shocked' voice we would have believed him if there wasn't a massive slash in the wall that had the same mana signature as the sword in his hand (AN: I mean the sword still had traces of his mana same in the wall)

everyone in the room could tell that he did it but everyone outside of our family looked shocked not just because he was a mage but because he was able to defeat a mage at a sold yellow level which shows that he is a a mage of that level or higher.

The guards got out of their stupor "Drop the weapon and get on the floor!!" one of the guards shouted.

Max just looked at him and put the sword away while retrieving the ring Gramps gave him and showing it to the king. "Me and Art study in Elenor under the person who gave me this ring and Silve was born there so if our teacher found out that you tried to take her how do you think he would react?"

The kind was shocked as if this happened it would put stress on the peace agreement that was in the works. "I apologize for my guard's behavior I think it would be best if we continue this discussion at a different time," he said trying to get out of this situation.

"Hay Art, what you doing?" I asked

"Nothing much just getting gear together, why?"

"I was just bored and thinking about making some food, do you want some?"

"Yeah thanks, Oh, have you decided what you want to do when where adventuring?" he asked

"I was thinking that we travel together for two years and then split up for a year and also I'm not going to use mana unless it's necessary for them to years to make my body even stronger," I replied

"That sounds like a good idea, we awakened at a young age so our bodies are not as strong as they could be. I think I'm going to do that as well," he replied. and then had the face of someone who just remembered something We're going to have someone occupying us it was the only way my presence would let me go''

after decoding for a bit we went to get food.

''why did the shop have to be on the other side of the city'' I had to go to a specific store to get some sharpening stones they were the best quality ones so it was best to use them but because of the quality of my sword they need replacing quite regularly but it wasn't the distance that bothered me but that I have to pay the teleport gate fee as if I walk or go by carriage it would take all day. so I decided to go by the gate. 

I got to the portal paid the fee and when to the in to the gate but the regler feeling did not come and I passed out...

When I awoke I looked around at the familiar surroundings ''shit did I die again?''
