"So Miss Anna, do you love your mommy?" The lawyer cooed at her while she just looked him up and down, a cold glint flashing her eyes for a while.
"I love my mommy." Anna stated at first and Ariel felt her heart sink, of course the kid will love her biological mother, what is she even expecting.
"But I don't love my mama." Anna added and spurs of murmurs started throughout the court causing the judge to hit his gavel.
"Do you mind throwing a bit enlightenment on that, who is your mommy and who is your mama?" The lawyer asked the question that was running through everyone's mind.
"My mommy is Ariel and my mama is Mirabel." Anna explained simply, she loved Ariel and is ready to accept her but not the same treatment goes to Mirabel.
"Did your 'Mommy' ask you to say this?" The lawyer inquired air quoting the part in which he said mommy.
