Taming the Arrogant Miss

He lowered his head and angrily placed a kiss on my lips, I had felt the passion, love and compassion in his previous kisses but right now he was venting out all his anger. He bit my lower lip hard until it was completely swollen and began to bleed, I wanted to cry in pain but he didn't give me a chance and his tongue pried my mouth open and with the help of it he pulled my tongue into his mouth and then bit my tongue. At this moment he was completely consumed by anger and out of his senses, I wanted to use my magic to get rid of him but I could not do that too as he had one of my wrists twisted which was now turning numb with pain and the other was pinned above my head against the wall. Soon his fangs pierced my tongue and this time finally a sharp painful shout left my throat and hit his lips. My lips were now trembling and I just wanted to push him away but as much as I tried that, he kept pushing his body against mine making me loose my mind completely. My painful voice brought him back to his senses and his lips and teeth finally left my mouth, tears flowed through my eyes due to the pain and I looked at him angrily that was when he finally spoke "I told you to be careful but you do every possible thing to rile me up. Your scent is completely different from every person on this earth, it is so appealing and inviting that anyone can find you and that means that no matter how hard you try, you can't escape from me." I flared up at his question "How dare you say that, are you questioning my love for him?" My tears began to flow vigorously "Off course I feel guilty for him but that doesn't mean that I didn't love him. It was because of me that he died and I have been dying inside with that thought everyday wishing for death to come and swallow me. The only reason I am alive is because this life is given by him and I can not do any harm to it. Now I have decided that I will take the revenge for him and then die peacefully." James smiled "How long are you going to do this to yourself, he didn't save you because he wanted you to blame yourself. You did love him but all you feel now is guilt moreover if he was here, would he be happy to see you like this, you could live happily at least for him." His words were so true but they were hurtful too, I cried harder and then I said "Get out, leave me alone." Strengthening the security (1)

I realized that it was possible for these people to change their mind and she was now sure that the security was not that good but I still wanted to see if I was right or were they thinking of calling the back up. I leaned in further and made my sound more low and seductive "Come on, I will make you forget everything and it is not like as if the princess is going to return. I will make sure it is worth your risk."

The guard finally moved and his hand reached my waist, now that I was sure that he was worthless, I decided to give him a good beating but before I could react James had already tackled the guard to the ground and I could see him glaring at me sharply and for some reason I felt scared. I knew he was going to take that out on me later but right now I could not be bothered by it as I had other important things to do.

The guard shouted "Do you know that it will cost you your life to go against the royalty."

I smirked "Really! show me."

He laughed maybe wondering how I had the audacity to speak to the royal guard like this and even the one that was on guard for the princess's room, he must have thought that I was looking for trouble but I knew well enough who was in trouble.

I asked James to let go of him as I wanted to see what this person would do and as I expected, he called the keeper of the Castle to solve the matter. At least this person was the same and had not been changed like the other staff. He had an annoyed look on his face when he came in as if he had been woken up from a real good dream.

He didn't look at me and just at the room "What is wrong with you, why are you creating trouble, I don't care what happens just don't fight at this place, it's not like the princess is going to return here now."

I was standing behind him and listening to his words, I intentionally scoffed coldly and said "Why Alfred, I don't think I said that before leaving that I won't return."

He froze in his place and I could not help smiling for a while before I had the neutral look on my face. He slowly regained his bearing and turned around to looked at me, his eyes wide as he stared at me and I glared at him sharply as I commented "Courtesy has gone quiet down hill!"

He quickly lowered his eyes and gave a 90 degree bow "Your Highness! I I I am really sorry, I didn't know you were returning."

I looked at him and he didn't dare to look back up because he knew he would be dead if he looked straight into the eyes of a royalty, that was the rule and now that he had already stared at me, he was trembling all over. When they heard the keeper say Your highness, the guards were scared out of their wits, they had no idea what they had done and what was going to happen next so they were trembling in fear too.

I looked at them and then back at Alfred "What has happened to the security here, there is no one outside and the guards here are so easy to sway moreover they have no strength to fight, you were really thinking that it was not important to do your job properly because I was not going to return."

He did not say anything and just lowered his head still in fear so I continued in a sharp tone "What were you doing right now Alfred?"

He was scared out of his wits as he mumbled something which was not audible so I said in a commanding tone which contained a little high pitch with a warning in it "Say it in an audible tone and say the truth."

I could see him gulp as he stammered "I - I - I was s-s-ssleeping."

I let out a chuckle but it did not hide my anger "Very well, I want each and every person working in this place gathered in punishment room within half an hour and whoever is late can wait for the consequences."

He immediately said "Yes, your honor"

I then said sharply "Disperse"

he walked away quickly and then I was in front of my room once again and this time the guards were standing at the side in fear but I didn't want to bother with then so I headed straight into my room without sparing them another glance.

James followed behind me and closed the door, when I heard the door being locked, it was my turn to be scared as I turned to look at him. He was slowly inching closer to me and my breathing hitched, I gulped as I took a few steps behind "Hey what are you doing?"

He smiled mischievously as he came closer to me, I took a few more steps back and fell on the bed that was behind me, this time he quickly covered the distance between us and placed both his hands on the bed be my sides as he hovered on top of me, caging me on the bed.

I looked outside and then at him "Stop it or I will began shouting."

His smile from before was still intact "Why are you scared now, didn't I tell you that there will be consequences if you run away this time, I didn't want to do anything on the plane but now that we are here, I can punish you."

I was trying to push him away when he made me lie down on the bed and his lips moved closer to my ear making me loose my senses, I wanted him to touch me so badly that I was unable to resist it bit I knew I could not let that happen. He then seductively whispered my words into my ear "Also don't you want to know how good the princess's bed is." along with that he bit my ear and I was loosing all the self control I had mustered. My heart was beating so loudly in my chest that it was completely going against my rationality.
