Trouble in the Sanctuaries

As soon as the portal closed, I heaved a deep sigh.

"That should be fine, right?"

I asked the girls, who told me what to say, even though I'm not sure if that would be remotely appropriate to say.

"Perfect, Master! Your words ought to inspire her greatly!

"If it was me, Leader, that would be enough to make me fight for as long as I need!"

"Exactly! A woman with a goal is unstoppable!"

"It's a little doubtful if you can call her a woman now, though. Give her a few years and..."

The girls chattered as they answered my short question. Well, if they say that's the best reply, then so be it.

"Anyway, we should head back to the castle first."

Ember's teleportation dropped us outside of the Cleaver Kingdom, the anchor point she set before we started our exploration. As soon as we got here, she also cut off all the anchors she was keeping in Pandora's world.
