Chapter 26: Welcome to Sins!

I was dreaming. Yes, I was. I felt that dream is very true to its core. Realistic and Familiar.

In my dream, I saw a young girl. Her face is very familiar as if I have these strings in my heart. Her face. Her nose. And her smile.

I walked at her to look closer.

But the mood changed. Her eyes starting to quiver. The smile went away with a meaningful sad face.

I think she saw me?

The illusion faded.

Another young girl showed up. This time it is a bit troublesome. She appeared around like magic. She made fun of my face. She smiled then faded.

And more faces suddenly popped out.

These two isn't young. They seem more like an adult. They have these motherly eyes which seem to care with love.

I can feel the warmth they gave off. They faded until they walked away.

This pricked my heart to see them go away. I can feel the feeling of sadness. As if they had to do something with me.

Another young girl showed up. This time this isn't the type you can joke up. Serious, pretty eyes and the one that I got from her is the feeling of independence. She wants to say something... Like be careful or stay close!

What would it be...

And more people showed up in my dream. Some are muscular. Some are petite. And some is indifferent.

I can only see them but not touch nor feel them. As if I was a ghost? Maybe a soul?

This time a man showed up. He's somewhat lifeless. Deep green eyes and mixed hair. Green, silver, and a little pigment of yellow.

I'm not familiar with this one. The only detail I could provide is with his dark appearance.

He was shadowed. Only bright rays and colours circling around him.

3 colours.

One is with the sword, his body, and his messy hair.

Overall, the body shapes itself as a shadow man with no features or so just that flickering lights of him. The eyes and its sword is the brightest one.

Then he disappeared.

But he appeared again! But the scene changed. He is afar. But what made me puke was these bodies surround me.

All of the people I met in my dream was killed!

I saw the man is telling me to come or something, but I felt the urge to meet me. As if I was being warned to. So I moved my feet and walk.

I am so curious! I want to know about this man.

Just like a death parade. I walk in the centre of Isle, with the bodies was scattered everywhere and the man is waiting at his throne.

When I moved. I was stopped by a soul. It's a familiar soul. A soul with 9 symbols glowing around his body.

But I did not care. I was only curious to know about this man. So I moved.

He looked at me. Deeply smiling.

So I asked him.

I waited but he only smiled.

But what I did not expect he flashed at me. Hug me and.... said something.

"Protect. you. Kill. them."

One by one he muttered each world clearly but his word is very repetitive. Just those words only.

And that happened in my dreams.

Who knows what life did I made so far. I can't just remember it all. I made my self this far. I can't just see and lose someone.

And all those faces blurred when I woke up. Can't remember the details very much but it gave me a hint of danger.

I can't just remain standing. No matter who you are, interrupting this life of mine. I swear to end you!

"Yawn..." I got a sleepy feeling when after waking up. Besides me, there's a young girl.

And that scared me.

"Mirae?" I pondered. I can't recall why she is here.

I recalled my memories but no to avail.

It's just me, my mother, my father and that guy! Whenever I think of him I can't stop gritting. As if my soul is raging.

But I calmed down despite the fact that I am now living on my own, TWICE!

And this girl. This mischievous girl. I can't just accept it wholeheartedly seeing her in close contact.

I stared at her cute face but the guy is telling me to kill her.

But still, I can't. She did not do anything yet. And what I did not expect is the change. She's now with ME!

I woke her up but no to avail. I discovered that something from her changed.

Her hair has a purple pigment.

'I think it was due to her bloodline affinity.'

Since I met her in my past she's that purple-haired lady. She's nothing but a bitch whom I want to kill in this life.

"Purple," I remembered my companion Purple. I know her name but she doesn't want me to call in her name. So I literally called her Purple as we grow.

I recalled why are we here now.

'It seems that my mother used that power to me. My Mother teleported us out. And this coincidence bugged me. She is here! And this made me extra careful. I will not worry anymore. Nothing will go anyway.

"I must find the other things before this turn out to mess. I can't just stop here and do nothing." I muttered.

"Where are we?" I asked my self. I just simply don't know where is this place. But the vibe gives me some hint.

"The moist in the air. The affinity!"

"FERRO'S!" I remembered now. This is the planet where the Ferro's lived.

But why I can feel the affinity? Did I awake my power during the process? It was the same in the past.

My mother is a Shadow Fiend. And that affinity is circulating within me.

And my mission today is...

"To become an assassin!"

Since I can't wake her up. I piggyback her. I don't like this feeling. To use my back and to be used. I'm an assassin and I'm aware.

'The fact the I don't know if she is an enemy or not.' I thought.

In the past, I learned many things about her. Many pieces of information... Including her life as an orphan.

She was an orphan. Her parents died at the age of '30s or so. She was left behind "alone."

That adopted her by an uncle she was calling of.

She called me at that time.

"You don't know how to be thankful when we took care of you, my uncle gave you everything but why?" The thing I can remember the most. I think he's referring to that Uncle who adopted her.

It's true. That Uncle gave me everything. When I'm in need that Uncle would help as if he knew everything! He's not the guy who would stalk for nothing. But he's considering me as something. I don't know yet but his actions felt so familiar. His face isn't that evil like that guy who killed my parents but they really have that kind of feeling. Something like a similarity? But when?

I did not see him interrupting the fight between us. His two students.

"Me and Mirae."

That Uncle taught me on this planet, Ferron. When he is away he taught Mirae.

It is just when we fight that I know what uncle of is her uncle also. We are both his students but we ended up killing each other. But he did not stop us. I think he is a wise man. Two is better than one, I guess? He picked us and help us in difficult times. I can't thank him for being helpful without getting anything. He's mysterious.

But what happened to Mirae when I killed many people in my past? Did she survive?

I stopped thinking. I do not have the will to think all of this. But what made me curious is this assassination of mine. And made me a inquire.

Why did she want to fend me off? It is because the Empire is telling her to kill me because I'm the son of Jess? To think that she is used by the empire. Her power and her existence.

This father of mine was known as the hero of Areronot's, the planet where Aero's lived. He exchanges his life for them. So he ended being poisoned.

"I felt pity for her," I muttered.

I changed my little perspective on her.

Maybe she's not that bitch? Just as forced to do that assassination request to kill me? I know that guy must be using the empire to not let me get stronger. But today?

Because this day I will change her future. Help her to become strong and kill that guy for me. Mirae? Becoming my own companion is not a bad idea.

We went far after a sprint. I knew what my power is. And I'm used to it. I can teleport 10 meters every minute as long as there is a Shadow. It is either mine, my enemy or anything with shadows.

'I need to get a higher Plat level in order to raise the level of short distance Teleportation or we call it as Blink.' I thought.

I was near the bank. A river bank. Inside that are the barracks of Sins.

Ferroniya Empire, River Bank Underground, Main Branch of Sins.

One thing was clear with this organization.
