Chapter 13

Klea dropped to the floor as she catches her breath. She grabbed a whole bucket of water and poured it on herself. She just finished a heist with her team from a market from the Fire Kingdom. She's a new member of the Dark League, and this is her first mission. They're using a stolen ship as their getaway ride, but they're also considering it their home. Klea stared at her hands and her tattoos, at the other side of the ship, are her teammates celebrating a successful heist. Klea felt bad, for she wasn't able to use her powers properly for the source of water there is limited. She couldn't look at them so she just lowered her head.

"You did great back there."

Klea slightly lifts her head to see a pair of bare feet facing towards her. She looks up to see who it is and saw a tall woman with messy brown hair staring down and smiling at her. Klea ignored her and lowered her head once again. She's just too drained to care about anything right now.
