Chapter Ten ~~~ Arriving At The Palace

Others continued training every single day, getting stronger, and more experienced due to brutality of the sparings they did with Daniel. Theo got very lean and muscular due to diets that Daniel forced him to eat. Liam got even bigger, but faster also, Edward suddenly got a foot taller, Nikka's personality changed completely, now he felt free of any restrains, instead of being slightly introverted he was now completely confident in himself and in his abilities, Theo gained even more motivation because Lucia came from time to time to cheer him up and to watch him train. Alex was getting even stronger than before. He was treated like a prodigy. Keres seemed to have mastered her magic completely. Yuma and young Ryan finally arrived at the palace after almost three months. Both of them got tremendously stronger than they were before. Yuma could now use his magic more effectively, he could use more magic with draining less mana and stamina. Ryan's primary objective was to summon a blade to help him fight. But even without it he could go toe to toe with Yuma at full power. In front of the palace's big white gate a thousand foot soldiers waited for the two heroes. Those soldiers could only use a minor enhancement magic to make them a little bit stronger and faster. When they saw what was waiting for them, Yuma tied his hair into a ponytail and Ryan put on his mask.

- This will be fun!

Yuma said with a demon smirk on his face.

- It sure will. But do not get distracted from the real goal. Saving Alice.

Ryan replied in a serious face. The soldiers seemed to not fear the two of them. But deep down they saw two pure demons. Yuma summoned Muramasa, jumped off the ground, infused his giant blade with his fire magic. He landed in the middle of the small army yelling Forgotten Inferno. Suddenly a massive fire explosion occurred many soldiers fell to their feet unconscious.

- Here is the path for you man.

Yuma said seriously to Ryan.

- I'll catch up soon.

Ryan nodded and he went on into the palace. It was the day of the wedding and Ryan got in just in time to stop it from happening. The king was furious and he ordered his right hand man to take care of the little. His righ hand man was one of the strongest soldiers in his army. A tall, very handsome man, with short black hair and red eyes. His name was Blaze. He used a particular kind of magic called blood magic. He could manipulate his blood however he sees fit. One would think that's useless, but he found a way to greatly increase his fighting ability, he accelerates his blood vessels giving him a phisical booster mode. Blaze tought that Ryan was very weak and he was surprised when he found out that Ryan could fight him on equal grounds. When the king chained her up he joined the fight. Ryan could block some attacks, but the majority of the attacks connected and Ryan was sustaining heavy damage. The two of them charged their attacks and all seemed lost, but the door of the chapel blew open... It was Yuma, covered in blood, holding Muramasa on his shoulder with a cigar in his mouth.

- You stinking pigs. Ganging up on him like that. You are worthless. I'll break every bone in your bodies.

Yuma said madly. Blaze and the king didn't pay attention to what he was saying, and they attacked Ryan with their attacks. Attempting to dodge he tought to himself it's over, he is going to die, just like that. He closed his eyes and smiled to the death that so many people feared, but Yuma blew them away with Muramasa saying:

- Don't ignore me!! You will pay for everything you done!

Yuma seemed more furious and angry than even Ryan. That was very strange, and Ryan wondered why.

- I will take the angry one, my lord. The masked kid is all yours.

Blaze said. And the fight began. Two versus two. Everyone that was in the chapel for the wedding was scared to a point of just standing still to see the how the fight turns out. Alice cried so much screaming at Ryan to leave, saying she's sorry and that she doesn't deserve him. Ryan just gave her one look with a smile on his face.

- I still haven't heard you tell me what you really want. So DO IT!

He said yelling. Everyone turned their heads to Alice to hear her reply. With massive tears bursting from her eyes she yelled.

- I WANT TO LIVE AND DIE TOGETHER WITH YOU AND HAVE A FAMILY WITH YOU, SOO PLEASE SAVE ME SOO THAT WE CAN MAKE THAT DREAM COME TRUE.

Ryan and Yuma smiled with relief, like the battle was over and won, but it was far from that outcome...
