Ackerman watches as Tachibana paces up and down the room it's been a week since the whole mess with Kaminari and more dirt about him has come up.

The Vigilante group that's been attacking politicians works under him but that is something Tachibana already knew.

The reasons for why he needed the damn group in the first place are still unknown.

Tachibana was right in assuming he was the scape goat for Kaminari's diabolical plan. He may have dodged a bullet but Yuno is not out of the woods Kaminari still needs her and he will keep coming after her.

The door opens and Ryujin enters with Ryu behind him.

"Ken don't do anything you'll regret." Ackerman warns before leaving the room.

Ken is a good man, kind and extremely loyal. Still an asshole, but he has the heart of a hero, and guts like no other, but he can be stubborn, uncompromising and cruel especially to people who betray his trust and he trusted Ryu to keep Tori safe.

"How much was Tori worth? How much did Kaminari pay you for you to give up your baby?"

Everyone left and it's just the two of them Ken is absolutely fuming while Ryu is the complete opposite, a blank bored expression on her face.

Ryu shrugs her shoulders thinking Tachibana's question over, "I think 100 000, or a million, I don't remember where the comma was."

The door opens and Sensen walks into the room locking the door behind her. Ryu cocks a brow when the old lady turns into a young woman who's maybe mid 20's or a little older.

"What do we do with her?" Sensen asks eyeing Ryu up and down.

Tachibana clenches his fists disgusted with Ryu, there is not a shred of guilt, sympathy or shame in her eyes.

"Kill her, and bury her with the cheque maybe she'll buy herself a ticket to heaven. That's the only way she's getting there." Sensen nods and makes a call to the twins.

Two elite soldiers trained in the S.S that was recently exposed as a Secret Service that adopted and trained children with abilities from the time it was rare to have one.

The most powerful abilities are found in the S.S, which is why Tachibana was worried about Hitori his ability fits the criteria THEY are looking for.

The S.S play a lot of mind games on individuals who don't know what they are about, lying, and claiming to be 'helping' the children when really it's just kidnapping.

The twins walk in taking Ryu's ability and destroying it. She will now be powerless and won't be able to fight back.

The room clears and Tachibana gets in his car driving to Yuno's school, she insisted on having Tori with her at all times, but now she hasn't gone to class all week.

He gets out of the car and walks to her door thinking of a way to convince her he is on Tori's side and won't let him get hurt.

He knew Kaminari was desperate and coming after Yuno but he believed without a doubt getting the child involved was something Kaminari would never do.

Tori staying with Ryu was his way of protecting him, he was so sure he could count on her to protect him, but she did the exact opposite.

He huffs in anger and knocks on the door, more like banging on the door.

Yuno stands up glaring at whoever is knocking so violently. She slams the door the instant she sees it's Tachibana. She is angry with him, and he can understand why? He is angry with himself as well.

"Miss Lin, please don't make me burn this door down I can afford a 1000 more and have it fixed by tonight."

Yuno opens the door letting him in. Tori is back to being a chatter box again. It was honestly hard and it took a lot of work, but Yuno won't complain, it was tough, but worth it.

What is missing however is his famous, 'I'm super angry and you're going to listen to me scream' fit.

"Please don't tell me you're mad at me too." Tachibana picks up Tori and the baby lays his head on his shoulder.

"Apparently I need to teach him how to hate you." Yuno stares at Tori making Tachibana chuckle which infuriates her more he shouldn't even have a smile on his face right now.

"Miss Lin, I do apologise this is all my fault."

"You think?"

Tachibana snorts and Tori lifts his head giggling.

"And what are you laughing at?" Yuno asks tugging on his cheek.

Tori giggles watching Tachibana scold him for laughing at a joke that isn't even there. He screams back at Tachibana babbling non-stop.

Seeing Hitori's smile warms his heart. 

"Will you allow me take him with me?" Tachibana asks already knowing the answer. 

"You on drugs or something? No!"

"Fine, I will get us a bigger apartment."

"Us?" Yuno knows exactly what Tachibana means, it's something anyone would expect from him.

"Yes, us, Miss Lin. I want to keep an eye on him myself, don't forget you can't take him to class with you, and I will not allow you skip classes another week."

"You can't tell me what to do."

"I can't yes, but I know someone who can, so don't think I won't call them."

Tori falls asleep in Tachibana's arms and as expected 4 hours later Yuno is watching her things get relocated to a new house.

"Don't you think a whole house is a bit much?" Yuno asks and Tachibana pays Ackerman a fifty.

They had a bet Yuno would complain about the size of the house.

"P.S he was going for a whole mansion." Setsuno states casually carrying Yuno's sports bag into the house.

"Alright, so a few tips about living under one roof with this man, he never goes to sleep so drug him." Ackerman whispers in her ear giving her sleeping pills.

She shakes it off assuming it's a joke of sorts.

When everything is packed and shelved Yuno goes to sleep waking up to find Tori's Crib was moved.

"Tachibana! He sleeps in my room." She shouts walking to the shower stripping down naked and stepping in.

The shower door swings open Tachibana looks her straight in the eyes, "He sleeps in my room where I can keep watch over him if you want to sleep in the same room as him that badly sleep in my bed."

Yuno glares at him, "You bring him back and you sleep in my bed."

"Fine." He closes the door and walks away.

Yuno showers thinking and rethinking what just happened, "Tachibana you're sleeping on the floor."

Tachibana opens the door wheeling the crib in with Tori in it, "You have a problem with sharing a bed with me I don't have a problem with sharing a bed with you, therefore you sleep on the floor because I sure as hell will not."

Yuno sits on her bed and Tachibana pulls her up, "What?" She asks glaring at him again.

He leans in daring Yuno to repeat her question, "You missed school for a week, get the hell up and study."

"I'll do that tomorrow I'm tired today."

"You'll be tired tomorrow, the day after that, and the one after that, you'll never stop being tired until you actually start."

He's not wrong she knows exactly what he's talking about, she suffers from a common illness known as Procrastination. She takes one of the complicated modules and turns to Tachibana, "Can you help me with this?"

Tachibana nods ruffling Tori's hair.

The baby boy smiles and lies down on his stomach going to sleep.

"This is very easy, but it will be hell if you hate numbers." Tachibana explains the first two chapters while Yuno takes notes and highlights important facts.

"That's all I can do for now. I have work tomorrow, if there's anything you still don't understand I'll call Ackerman for you."

"No, you explained it just fine." She puts everything away and flops on the bed Tachibana shakes his head with amusement on his face going to the next room so he can work keeping the baby monitor close.

He won't let Tori out of his sight no matter the circumstances.

Half way through the night Tachibana receives a call. He was about to go to bed, finally exhausted.

"Tachibana give me the girl I've been friendly long enough."

"Grovel a while longer it suits you."
