Chapter 97: I Hate Katherines, Part 2

To know some context behind that letter we've just received, we consult Laurent the bartender as usual.

"Ah, that guy with the grudge against anyone named Katherine, with the capital K. I actually know him from back then."

Leigh asks him, "Then why don't you reveal to others that you personally know him?"

"As much as I want to see him behind bars for this disproportionate retribution against a group of women, I also cannot align myself with the original Katherine, the girl who ruined his life. She is also a nasty piece of work herself."

That's sensible enough. This grudge between two people has escalated to the level that innocents are now getting caught in the crossfire.

And we don't want that conflict to ascend to a much higher level, to the point where the normal way of life here in Atlanta is disrupted.

I then suggest, "Well, then, can't we help by handing this letter over to our brave journalists?"
