Chapter 255: The New and Improved Hangout, Part 2

In my 40 years of living in this world, I have learned so many things as not just the owner of two businesses and the boss of 32 (and soon enough, around 50) employees, but also the leader of a group of people who strive to make Atlanta a better place to live in.

A leader expects their subordinates to do well under minimal supervision. 

It did not work for certain leader wannabes when they were branded as "stealing the spotlight", so they should just change strategies.

To be honest, I don't expect any president, or any other leader for that matter, to be on the ground in moments like aftermaths of disasters. The whole "where is the president" noise in social media is senseless for me.

If the machinery is efficient enough, then a leader doesn't need to steal the scene.

If those certain leader wannabes want to be seen as real executives, then they should make themselves scarce, and let their subordinates do all the work.
