Chapter 76 An Unexpected Visit

Shirley had immediately rushed home after a call from Camilla.

A black Audi was right by the building block when she arrived, looking particularly conspicuous in the dull neighbourhood.

Shirley's heart sank with one look at the license plate.

Upstairs, she heard Camilla's voice as soon as opening the door,

"Don't fret, Andrew, Shirley will be home soon-ah, Shirley, you're back!"

She bumped right into Shirley.

Shirley hummed softly and glanced at the man on the sofa. With a frown, she called, "Dad, you're back."

"Yes, your father came to visit today after being released two days ago. Look, he even brought some treats." Camilla gestured at the gifts on the coffee table with a happy smile.

Shirley eyed her father, remembering his insult to her in prison the other day. It was really strange of him to visit them in person, considering what had happened.
