Yuri sat on the chair in front of the cafe, a wide umbrella above his head, shielding him from the pouring rain.
He was browsing through his phone, his lips securing his lit cigar. Every now and then, he would sigh and sigh, only to be startled in the next second by Nikolai, who had plopped into the chair next to him.
"I told you to stop coming up on me like that!" He glared, his face crumpled in genuine displeasure.
But Nikolai chuckled instead and threw an arm over his shoulder. He reached for the cigarette on his lips and pulled it off, tossing it to the ground.
Before Yuri could complain, he stumped on it with his feet, crushing it into bits. "No smoking," he said to him.
A deep frown settled in between Yuri's brows, and he hit him on the stomach with his elbow, pissed off.
"Do I look like a kid to you? You forget all the time that I'm far older than you! Seven good freaking years." he chastised him and drew a deep breath.
