Ugly?

Derek sighed loudly after hearing Fiona's words, then looking back at his father, he asked:

" How could I stay for more than three months? I have college to attend to, and soon there will be exams- "

" I'll take care of everything, and just know that the place we're going is kinda special, so go meet your girlfriend and come back. " Kyle said.

" She's not my girlfriend, anyway I'll be back soon. " Derek said " Mom, the food was tasty, bye. "

After glancing at his sister, Derek walked out of the house. Rose came near Fiona and spoke:

" You shouldn't have done that, you know how those girls are. "

" I know Mom, I was just teasing him, it's not like I really sent the audio- shit I accidentally send the audio file to her. Sorry, dear brother, your elder sister is extremely sorry, after you return you can eat all my chocolates," she said dramatically.

" Anyway, how is your job going? " Rolling her eyes, Rose asked as she began to clean the table.

" What job? It's my company, and it's doing great. " Fiona said while helping her mother.

After chatting with his wife and daughter for some time, Kyle also leaves to prepare for Derek's training.

Derek was walking, the ice cream cafe Susan invited him to was near his house, he wondered what she was doing there.

After walking for a little over fifteen minutes, Derek finally arrived in front of the ice cream cafe. Looking around, he couldn't see her, then he entered the cafe and saw Susan sitting on one of the tables while eating ice cream.

He walked towards her and pulled the chair before sitting down. He looked at her and found the scene of her eating ice cream somewhat hot, not thinking too much he asks:

" Why did you call me here? "

" Mhmmm, it's so tasty, you should eat this too. " She said, pointing her cup towards Derek.

He took a spoon from the table, and ate a mouthful of ice cream from her cup, surprising Susan she didn't thought he would actually eat.

" So, why did you call me here? " he asked again.

She looked at the portion of the ice cream that was missing, putting the cup she said: " I want to talk about this... "

Then she took out her phone and played a recording:

" Do you like her? "

" I don't even know her properly, and we've only met a few times, how could I already be in love with her? "

" What about it? " Derek asked after the recording ended.

" I don't like the sound of that, so let's go on dates 4 times a week, so you can know me better. " Susan said, pointing four fingers towards Derek.

" There is no need to rush things, it's not like the world is going to end soon. " Derek said.

[ Don't jinx it. ]

Kal's robotic voice sounded in Derek's ears. Ignoring it he looked at Susan.

" And I don't think I'm ready yet to go into a relationship with anyone. "

" I understand, then let's go 3 times a week, I won't back down any further. " Susan said.

" We'll see, but for now I'm going on some kind of training with my father. " Derek informed her, since she already knew everything, he didn't think too much about it.

" Training?!! Then we'll not be able to see each other for a few weeks," she said.

" No, actually the training is going to be longer than- " Derek was speaking to her when a waiter walked up to them and handed a bottle of wine to Susan.

" Mam, the handsome customer over there sent this for you. " the waiter said, pointing towards one of the seats.

Both Derek and Susan looked at the man, he looked to be in his late thirties, and with a big smile on his face, he raised his wine glass for a toast towards Susan.

" He asked me to pass this message to you too. " the waiter said, passing a tissue paper.

She reads the letter and then passes it to Derek, she wants to see if he'll do something. With expectant eyes, she looked at him.

After reading the message, Derek asks:

" Do you have a pen? "

" Yes, sir. Here, you can use it. " the waiter said.

After writing something on the backside of the same tissue paper, he hands over it to the waiter.

" Please pass it over to him. " Derek said, pointing to the same man.

"..." The waiter simply nodded and took the tissue back.

" What did you write? " Susan asked curiously.

" You'll know soon. " Derek replied vaguely.

The waiter passed the tissue paper to the man, who took it and glanced at the message written, immediately his face turned angry.

(A hideous weed like you should be banished from sight forever, I am your father so I don't think there's a need for intros, one would rather stay in a sewage than spend a single minute of their time with you.

PS: Is that really the best you can do? At least look in the mirror before you go out, you're ruining my mood. )

He stood up and stomped towards Susan and Derek's table, throwing the paper on the table, he thundered:

" What's the meaning of this? "

Susan curiously began to read the content of the message and burst out laughing: " Hahahaha, cupcakes I didn't know you were a good writer too. "

Seeing her laughing like that, the man became even more angrier, he directed all his anger towards Derek and readied himself to hit him.

" Did I use too difficult words for you to understand them? You know you could just Google them, instead of disturbing us. " Derek said indifferently.

' Enough, this boy doesn't even know who I am, and he speaks like that with me. He is finished. '
