Note: Cover picture is not mine, if the creator of this picture wants it to be taken down just message me. (Author's warning; This novel might be quite graphic in words as I would use curse words without mellowing it down. Possible R-18 in the future with some degenerate stuff too and a little bit of gory bits too so if this is not your cup of tea then don't read this. Might do also include Fan fic elements but we'll see how I develope this.)

Brad smiled as he put down his hammer and wiped his sweat of, he had just finished making a large shield for Brendel that looked cream colored yet not shiny at the same time. He made this so her Large Black shield would not be so inconspicuous in the snow, he found these new friends of his to be very goodhearted and had that "I'm a hero" halo upon them.

And he did think they were heroes from what Rhean told them of the missions they did and who their leader is. He found this Harold guy they were talking about was like the Main character of his own story. Even if their party accepted the awards from the missions, this leader still finds ways to do extra good deeds from time to time. It felt like they were a group of misfits that could take any mission on for the greater good.

He could even feel the sunny attitude of this guy even when he doesn't know him or met him. Just the praise of the four made him somewhat jealous but he got over it hearing that he probably could fight their party and come out on top from Kent's words. Seriously that guy is very nice, maybe it was because his God represents Justice and Truth that he is generally nice.

Brad wanted to travel too but he couldn't leave all these Hard work he had done for months. Maybe when he could assure himself that he could travel with no fear then he'll start his journey outside. Just his cautious nature of being a former soldier makes him think more of the possibilities. He knew he got strong but the sight of that large wyvern popping like a balloon still lingers.

He couldn't hear that sharp sound of flying similar to a Stealth Jet anymore which made him assured that the three would be able to get home. But he still doesn't know what Ashea was thinking when she said she'll stay and learn more from me about the herbs. It wasn't like he was keeping it a secret as it was simple brewing of alcohol.

This world knows how to make beverages too so he was sure he didn't have any knowledge that could be considered revolutionary as he heard the dwarves even had large mechanisms that could be very similar to what he did for the cave. Having rare plants made into medicine also is not rare as there were people that they call Alchemist on thei Kingdoms.

He wasn't sure of her intentions but she kept quiet about it, not that he's complaining because he does like the idea he still has company here. It's even a beautiful Elf at that, he couldn't deny that he had fantasies these past few days about these women here as they were very gorgeous like models back in earth. Brendel was like a mature woman in her early thirties, Rhean was like a young bubbly college girl and Ashea was a cold serious business woman that was hard on the outside yet gentle on the inside.

Even Kent was like a playboy looking handsome dude, not sure if every person in this world are like them but if it were then Brad would fall into the average category. But he didn't mind, he's not dense to see that the three girls are attracted to him. It was just hard to get rid of his former mentality of monogamous relations ships. It was okay for polygamy here and it is a sign of capability but he knew he could hurt someones feelings if he answers another's feeling first.

He was not a saint or anything but he just dislikes the feeling that these three girls seems to like him yet he couldn't be the one chosing first. He could see genuine affection in their eyes and couldn't understand what they see in him, even if he was narcissistic with his looks, that was just his defence mechanism to avoid getting depressed over living here alone.

He is human in the end and even with all that training in the Army Rangers he still find it hard to see a relation with many women easy to handle. Maybe it was just him overthinking but he hopes he could reciprocate their feelings one day. He has been making jokes about their advances cause he was unsure and scared. He looked at the dark murky water where he quenches the hot metals, he was still unsure even to this day if he is dreaming or not.

Working and making himself busy is his way to forget what kind of life he had back then, sure there were many downs but it also has its good parts. His platoon mates, the Orphanage he grew up with, even his ex was part of the good times he had. He smile as he remembered his ex, even if she was the one who broke up with him he doesn't blame her or anything.Maybe all of this hesitation is because of his regrets he never finished before he came here.

He had given up back then on many things like scholarships due to being smart enough but was more lazy to face things. Maybe it was because he didn't grow up with a family that he ended up pushing her away. Maybe waking up to this new world made him think of many things and realizing that deep inside he is just scared. Scare of many things that he doesn't know of since arriving in this world.

Not sure how he did arrive though but this is his new reality, even if he hopes to wake up one day and treat it all as a dream but he fact he was able to meet people here even if two of them were straight out of a fantasy. He felt their emotions and feelings, they are real and this place here is real. He too wanted to have someone to rely on, someone to confide with and spending months with the four made him want that.

But that'll prove that he has no more chances of going back to his home. he'll have no chance to see the people he cared about, even if they are little. He won't know if they missed him now that he is gone. He'll have lots of time here in this world but he knew it was a dangerous one with deadly encounters everywhere.

He was just lucky to be able to get the Wyvern meat that helped him a lot. He might not let go of his past but it is still a must to live in the present. Brad smiled as he carried back the items he had prepared for the trio. He went up and felt greatly relieved after that self introspection, maybe he just needed time with himself after realizing he might not be alone anymore.

He arrived at the living room where he could see the three trying the gear he made for them. It was a full of winter camouflage set that'll be able to hide them from any predators in the snow. Coupled with hidden breathe spell of Rhean they could practically be invincible even when traveling. Boars were also given white knitted sweaters to blend in the snow. Brad dropped the large shield and other items that the four couldn't identify.

"Brad, is that for me?" Brendel knew Brad made a Shield with an alloy of steel, mithril and Tin to make the cream colored shield. It was circular and resembled a spartan shield but was light and has a leather strap that she could put her arm in.

"Yes, that's for you. I know it cost a lot for your eyes but you can see how I still have many of it here. We've spent time together for three months and I know all your behaviors. I can see you are good people, I just hope you all find safe passage back to your homes." Brad said this while assembling the bunch of parts that he had made. He did give a glance towards Ashea who still had an unreadable expression.

The three also were confused of why Ashea would stay even when they promised to find ways to go back here and repay Brad. They had offered to come together towards the Harken Continent to settle but Brad refused as he said this place was his home. Ashea then changed her mind and said she'll stay, they knew she liked Brad but not to the extent she'll stay here instead of reuniting with her brother.

"Okay, it's finished!"
