Ryu shrugged

Luke was about to fall head on into Ryu's taunts, but Bob stood in the middle and grabbed them on each arm and carried them as if they were a sack of potatoes.

"You guys are too drunk, now I'll take you to bed"

"No! please let me go! I can still party some more!"

Ryu begged.

"Don't bother, there's no reasoning with him when he gets like that"

Luke let himself be carried, his limbs hanging freely like wet noodles, in complete surrender, contrary to Ryu who was still kicking to get free.
