After the Slit Mouthed Woman's head disappeared, the body that was left behind also disappeared.

It was just the two of them that were left standing there.

The onmyoji girl looked at Hime and said, "You took it too far. You know that you shouldn't use your powers like that."

Hime gave a snort before saying, "It was her fault for annoying me in the first place."

The onmyoji girl gave a sigh before saying, "You know that doesn't matter. If you use your full powers, then you'll alert them and if they come, then we have a big problem."

Hime looked like she wanted to stay strong, but she turned her head away after a few seconds and pouted her lips like a child. It was clear that she knew that she was wrong, but she didn't want to admit it.

The onmyoji girl gave another sigh before coming forward to pat her on the head.

After that, she let Hime return before looking around herself as if she was checking something.

When she was certain that there was nothing there, she disappeared on the spot as well before reappearing in the real world.

That space that they had been in before was a supernatural space that was created by these yokai. It was a space that was completely cut off from the real world that they dragged their prey into so that they wouldn't be able to escape.

So now she was back in the real world.

The onmyoji girl looked around again before heading off in a certain direction.

But after walking for a bit, she couldn't help being surprised by what she saw.

I turned around slowly and noticed her walking over before asking in a surprised voice, "Where did you come from?"

This onmyoji girl was Kyoko Abe, the famed descendant of the Abe Clan.

And…another one of my childhood friends.

Though I asked this, I knew exactly where she came from since I had seen her disappear earlier.

Right now, I was standing over the young man that had suddenly appeared, which I assumed that she had saved.

As for why I was following her…well, I passed by her when I was on my way to the convenience store.

Kyoko didn't answer my question as she just stared at me with that same surprised look before asking, "What are you doing here?"

I couldn't help revealing a faint smile because this was just what kind of person she was.

She was someone who went at her own pace.

I gave a sigh and said, "I was going to the store when I found this drunk guy here, so I came over to help. Now, where did you come from?"

Kyoko couldn't help looking away a bit as she said, "I was just walking around and I saw you, so I came over to see what was going on."

I gave a nod before turning back to the young man and saying, "Should I take him to the hospital then?"

Kyoko couldn't help revealing a worried look when she heard this.

After all, she hadn't finished taking care of this young man yet. She hadn't wiped herself from his memories yet.

If he were to wake up now…he would ruin everything.

So her hands went behind her back and a moment later, there was a person that came over.

This was a handsome looking young man with blonde hair.

He came over and said, "Hey, sorry to bother you, but that's my friend there. I'll take care of him now."

I gave a nod, but deep down, I couldn't help giving a secret laugh.

That was because I recognized this handsome blonde young man.

I had seen him fighting with Kyoko before, so I knew that he was one of her shikigamis.

Still, I didn't want to expose myself as well, so I turned to Kyoko and said, "Should we go then?"

Kyoko quickly gave a nod and came forward to pull me away from this place.

I couldn't help revealing a secret smile when I saw this.

After we had moved away a bit, she turned around to look at me and said, "You should go home soon. It's dangerous to be out late at night."

I looked at her with one raised brow and said, "Isn't that the same for you? It's more dangerous for a girl to be out alone late at night."

There was a faint smile that appeared on her face when she heard this, but then she said, "I'll be fine, I'm getting a ride from my dad, so he'll come pick me up later."

I slowly gave a nod before looking down at her outfit and saying, "So is this a cosplay thing or something?"

Kyoko also looked down at herself before realizing what she was wearing and revealing a blush.

She then quickly waved her hand and said, "It's for a job, I was just coming back from a job. You know what kind of business my family is in."

Business, huh?

On the surface, they ran a temple, but I knew that they were secretly onmyojis that fought yokais.

Still, I couldn't help taking a closer look since it really was rare seeing this kind of outfit.

When she felt my gaze on her, Kyoko couldn't help revealing a blush.

After realizing that I had been staring for a bit, I gave a cough and said, "Let me walk you to where your dad is picking you up at least."

She slowly gave a nod before lowering her head.

But as she lowered her head, she noticed something in my hand.

This was a bag that contained a certain magazine that I had picked up at the convenience store just now. This was a magazine that I had been planning to use with Yan Huang.

It was a magazine for hot blooded young men like us…

Not a magazine for a young girl like Kyoko.

As soon as she saw it, her eyes turned cold and she reached out to pull the magazine out of the bag before saying, "What is this?"

My expression turned stiff when I saw this before I quickly started explaining.
