To get to

Later that night while Violet was sleeping, she began getting dreams of the reflection she saw within the flames that she had created, the bright red, piercing eyes which were staring right back at her and due to that, it made her feel strange, wondering if she was being watched by something or someone.

Her dream was making her think of many thing, making it hard for her body to relax for the next day an Xania, who was sleeping soundly beside her, did not even notice but before she could wake up, his words from earlier, echoed on her mind.

Violet's body was tense but upon hearing hos words again, her body began calming down and she was able to fully relax and not focus on what she saw earlier.

[Master, your body is too tense, making it hard for the energy to flow clearly within your body which could disturb the use of your abilities if not handled now, please relax and let the memories of it all just flow, don't think, just let it happen.]

Hearing her system's voice, she relaxed even further and the energy within her body began flowing properly allowing her to relax completely and the mark on her body glowed slightly.

The next morning, a few hours after the sun had risen and the palace was bustling with activities, which was an everyday occurrence.

Volet woke up to the slight clinging of something which sounded similar to bells and she groaned before sitting up, groggily and wiping her eyes, wondering what was keeping such a noise so early in the morning.

She yawned and stretched off before getting out of her bed, still slightly sleepy and she was about to go about her normal morning routine to freshen up, when she heard the slight ringing of a bell and her brows twitched in irritation.

She looked around then opened her closet and saw Xania in there with a small bell, while going through a few things and her eyes narrowed as she looked at him with a slightly piercing gaze and a fake smile.

He came to a halt immediately and slowly turned to look at her and swallowed, when he saw the look on her face, he chuckled nervously as he inched away to make sure he was out of her reach, in order to save himself from her upcoming wrath, since he mistakenly disturbed her morning.

"Good morning, Xania," She said and he flinched a little.

"Uh... Good morning Violet, I trust you slept well?" He asked, while sheepishly rubbing the back of his neck, avoiding her scrutinizing gaze.

"Yes, I slept perfectly fine to the point I needed a few words to keep my body calm, how about you Xania?" She asked in a slight sarcastic tone.

"Ah, I am sorry about that, I slept well, sorry, I did not mean to wake you up or disturb your morning, I was looking about to help you choose a few things to add with your uniform this morning, for the first day of the event, when I found the bells, they were small and caught my eyes," He responded.

'It's fine, don't worry about it, I get you are only trying to help, keep the bells i you want," She said with a small chuckle and he smiled at her.

"Aren't you going to ge ready?" Xania asked and she glanced at the time then sighed, before nodding since soon it would be time, to go to the academy area, which was now set up and being used for those who joined the event.

"Yeah, I have to start," She said then went to freshen up.

While Xania sat down on the bed, waiting for her to finish and in the meantime, the servants brought in her breakfast, which aroma filled her chamber nicely and they addressed her before leaving and she thanked them.

A little while after, when Violet finished her morning routine, she came out dressed in the uniform with her long silky hair flowing down her and she placed her stocking on as well as her high-top shoe and Xania smiled at her, before approaching her and fixing the collar to her uniform.

"You look beautiful," Xania said.

"Thank you, Xania, let's have breakfast then we will join Kei and the others to leave," She replied, and he nodded, then both of them sat down to eat, that which was brought in by the servants.

As they were both eating, Violet practiced controlling her energy as a form of multitasking, to see how far she could push it and how much she had under control, which was by far a good amount from when she first started out and that pleased her as well as Xania and her system, which was her guide.

When they finished eating, she returned to normal and grabbed her things, before leaving her chamber, heading to the front of the palace, where she saw Kei and Luca, were already there, waiting for her and Kei smiled at her.

"Good morning, sis," Kei said.

"Good morning, you two," She replied and Kei chuckled before glancing at Luca, who still looked like he was silently brooding.

"Good morning," He mumbled and Kei stifled a laugh, before clearing his throat.

"Come on, you two, no bickering so early in the morning, let's get going, we do not want to be late on the very first day of this," Kei said.

Both of them nodded and followed him into the carriage and they left, heading to the academy and as they were leaving, the king was looking at them from a distance, while standing in the palace balcony, his mind filled with many conflicted thoughts, most which surrounded his daughter, ones that he could not understand in the slightest, but he was determined to get to the bottom of it all, especially with the vision he saw the day before.

"Nothing was like this before... Especially you, so what about you changed to this point? What am I missing? What does all of this mean? I will get to the bottom of it all before it's too late," The king muttered, before exhaling deeply.

After they disappeared from his line of sight, the king's eyes narrowed and he went back into the palace, to resume his duties.
