Change of tactics

Lenora had rather mixed feelings about walking around the castle. On one hand it was a familiar place that brought back a lot of familiar feelings. However, on the other hand, it was constantly reminding her of the fact that the person she knew was really gone and would never exist.

Yet, at the same time, she was still hopeful that something would happen and… and she'd-

"My lady," Drifus said. "Are you alright?" he'd been standing behind her for a while now, watching Lenora walk around.

He'd seen how she acted; he'd been there when the maid had taken out all the food out of her room. And he'd been watching over her.

"I'm fine Drifus," she said. "How about you? How are you doing?"

"Oh, right, I'm doing fine as well, my-"

"Lenora," she said.

"Right, Lenora."

She let out an exasperated sigh and walked. Drifus followed her. "Where are you going?" He asked.

"I don't know."

"What will you do next?"

"I don't know."
