Hearing such harsh words, Ethan's face changed, but he wanted to say something he held back, as he is really weak and, without Aeon, he would not be able to join the union.

On the other side, Aeon also heard their insult; he was going to let them shut up, but Luke and Ethan stopped him as they did not want Aeon to make enemies with other transcendents for them.

"Who are you glaring at?" The male blond with white skin and a handsome face looked at Aeon with arrogance, like Aeon was nothing to him.

Aeon was going to beat this sh*t kid, but just as he was about to do so, instructor Salem said, "Stop it, don't create a scene," as he glanced at the blond kid.

"Okay, come back here and rest."

"MX198, give the physical and mana capacity of Ethan."

["All the factors have been calculated; the main system is connecting to the server, and the result is being displayed...."]

And then, slowly, behind them on the other side, a hologram appeared with Ethan's face, and below it were different numbers.

Aeon glanced at the hologram and marvelled, as it was similar to his system panel showing similar things.

He carefully looked at the numbers, which were truly low for someone who trained from a young age. They were similar to him when he just awakened, except for mana, which was less at that time.

"F**king weak!" The blonde kid glanced at Ethan's stats and said, Ethan, seeing his result, was not surprised. He just glanced and then did not dare to look up.

Neither the instructor nor Ian, who was also watching, were surprised, as Ethan is too weak to be in the union, even though he is a supporting member.

"Luke, your turn," the instructor said without wasting any time.

"Then Luke is doing well," Ethan said, as he felt happy for his friend.

"Indeed, it was beyond my expectations," Instructor Salem praised as he looked at Luke.

Seeing that instructor praising Luke and the smile on Aeon and Ethan's faces, the blond kid cannot take it. "What so good; it's just a basic mana shield."

Aeon and Ethan just glanced at the blond kid and didn't say anything. Instructor Salem also understands this as the usual behaviour of most transcendent family core descendants.

But this time he said, "It is not as easy as just mastering the mana shield to perform this quickly in battle; not only did he need superb control, he also needed quick reaction and decision-making skills, as decreasing the size means leaving other parts vulnerable to attacks."

"And don't underestimate this mana shield technique; most of the stronger transcendents use mana shields in their battles with different variations, as they can even change the structure of the atomic bonds, making shields many times harder than diamonds."

Seeing that even instructor Salem was supporting them, the blond kid's expression changed, and he stopped talking.

Aeon, on the other hand, was surprised that Mana Shield could be this strong.....
