Recalling

After leaving his saviours' family, Leo made his way to a random location in search of zombies. From the number of shopping bags Mrs. Anna had shoved into his hand, he could already tell he was in for a lot of work.

Leo was still hyped up for it, though.

If he fulfilled his part of the deal, Mrs. Anna said she'd give him a few supplies. When she opened the car trunk to give him a food can and a water bottle, Leo realised she wasn't lying about being capable of helping him.

As long as nothing goes wrong and he can kill a sufficient number of zombies, he'd be able to have food for himself and his daughter, which should sustain them for a while.

Although Leo also felt uneasy about leaving his daughter in the hands of unfamiliar people, he figured that she was safer there than with him.
