the bone monster(1st person)

as I saw the monster all I could think was 'is this real,I'm not ready for this'.but before I could think one more thing the monster jumped toward me.all I could do was move to the side,but the spikes still scratched me.as I looked at it's eyes I could see it's killing intent.

I immediately attacked it with my sword only for it to leave a scratch mark on the bones.it seemed to have felt me hit it because I heard it make a noise.With it's eyes looking at me with anger, it moved it Spike tail towards me,I ducked and hit again only for it to barely do anything.It tried to hit me with it's spikes on it's back but I quickly dived to the left,I still got hit leaving a deep cut on my leg.

as I fell down I could feel water on my back, the pond must be behind me,and if I fall in it would most likely be death for me.

since I could not do ant significant damage to it,I just kept on dodging it's attacks while still avoiding the pond.I knew I couldn't keep this up for long since I was running out of stamina,but every time I tried to escape it blocked my path. I was stuck,I kept on defending until I couldn't anymore.

I fell down after it hit me,I couldn't get up,I had cuts and bruises all over me,with no stamina all I could do was wait. wait for my death,as much as I wanted to live I couldn't do anything,I had no experience with fighting or anything else.

I saw it move towards me with a look of happiness,as if I was something you would come across with once in a lifetime,my eyes were blurry and I was tired. I could feel my body getting dragged until I felt the cold water touch me,I got pulled into the water,I couldn't breath or move,as my eyes were closing all I could see was the dark water surround me until my eyes closed.

I saw darkness it was so soon, I thought it would be at least a few years since I saw this darkness,but it wasn't cold or uncomfortable,it was actually comfortable and familiar,like I've been here before for so long.

I could stay here forever I thought but I felt like it was pushing me farther away from it,like it would not want me to see death and it's darkness,I could feel it getting farther away.

"why was this happening again, I didn't want to leave" I said,as this was happening I could see lights forming around me until they got to bright for me to see.

I opened my eyes only to see me back where I died at,but with a bunch of bones next to me,it seemed like the monster died.

"stupid monster I'm glad you died"I said to myself.
