NARRATOR'S POV 

"Good morning mom," Aki greeted his mother who had just arrived in the boardroom. 

"Morning ijo, where is Rita?" His mom asked. 

"Your mom is right, where is Rita? Arent the two of you went to Baguio and had a vacation in their hacienda?" His dad asked, full of teasing. 

"Dad, we went there to surprise her parents. We didn't go there to celebrate weekends by ourselves." Aki explained himself about his parents' accusations towards him. 

"Whatever you say my son, just don't disappoint us by bringing us the best child in the family. That came from your family," Aki's father uttered as he laughed loudly while his mom joined the happiness of his dad too. 

"Oh god, mom dad come on. Rita and I are still in the process, we don't want to rush everything." 

"Oh my god!" His mom shouted as it covered her mouth while looking at him intently. 

"Is that true son?" His dad asked.
