RITA'S POV CONTINUATION

Later my phone rang. I don't know who is calling but I don't think one of them is calling me right now.

I punched the table and quickly answered the call before it was over.

"Hello," I greeted and waited for the answer of the other line.

"Good morning attorney, these are your assistant. Attorney, I would like to ask when you will return to Manila." He said this and at the same time he greeted.

"Oh, it's you. My flight is later so I'll probably be in Manila by 12 midnight." I answered and hurriedly grab my bag to get the laptop.

There was not a word and I opened it when I could check which hotel I could check in in Manila. Of course I don't have a condo in Manila, I haven't tried to live there yet.

Too many people and the smoke was very smelly. I would rather stay here than in Manila.
