Troublesome girl
With how quick Edel was at snatching me from her clutches, Hana could only try and squeeze in on my side just so she could still be within my vision.
For once, the girl showed a little desperation on her face and was probably clawing at her hair inside her head. It’s quite enough for me to think she might start begging me for more attention.
Unfortunately, I was wrong to think of it. As someone as unbending as a thick pillar, that desperation dissipated quicker than she blinked. Instead of crawling to me, she forced herself back down.
Maybe it’s because she decided not to show any weakness again. I don’t know.
But really, she kept on making things hard for herself. Somehow, I could feel a strong urge to push her down and scold her for that.
