“You two did it, didn’t you?” Shizu leered at me as soon as I approached her upon returning to the Student Council Room right after the bell rang.
The other members of the Student Council were still in the room so her voice was only enough for me to hear. Watanabe even followed us with her eyes as though waiting for something else to happen.
When our eyes made contact, the girl smiled meaningfully. I had no idea what that meant but her amusement couldn’t be denied. Either way, she stopped looking at me soon after that. Most likely, it must be because her boyfriend was about to get jealous again.
Is he actually that insecure? Well, I seldom get a chance to talk to that guy and I have no interest in doing so.
“Yes, we did.”
Turning my focus back to face Shizu’s question, I gently smiled and honestly answered in the same volume as she did. I expected her to ask and I never even thought of lying to her about it.
