(3.) The Dorms (Melody’s POV)

After we meet everyone, we all went to our new rooms of course the twins shared. And me and Mason got our own. Cap said we could decorate our rooms because we would probably be spending the rest of our lives here. In each room there is a loft, I overheard the twins talking about how Ava is gonna design the whole room and she gets the loft. But, I think I have a pretty good idea on what I want to do with mine. I started by painting the walls a chevron of gold and light grey, after that I hung my color changing lights it was already dinner time.

I went to go find the restroom to wash my hands before I went to get lost trying to find the dinning room, while I was wandering around I pasted by Ava and Astrids room. I just stared in awe there was spray ink on the walls the walls looked like they were painted black but you couldn't see it over the Street art, on Astrid's side there was a extra amount of street art kind of inkbeat notes. Ava was in the loft listening to music and spraying more ink on the walls, it looked awesome. They had a black pullout couch that went into a bed for Astrid, and I could see in the loft they had a bookcase/desk that goes out into one to; they had a huge 100in; Tv and like 3 bean bags. The window was closed and the only light they had LED lights that were changing colors and the final touch was this amazing kitchen.

"hey! You can come in squirt" Astrid said with a smirk while sitting on the couch. Ava waved and gave a soft smile. For some reason she always hides half her face in her hair. "Hi sorry, I just happened to walk by and..... just wow" "thank Averlyn over there" Astrid said tilting her head toward her. She just hide her face in her neon hoodie and I could see her blush from embarrassment. "well, I guess I better get to the dinning room" "ye bruh, well be there" Astrid said while playing on her phone.

Ava just did a quick wink and then went back to doing her Street art.

I walked past Masons room, I went to go check on him, all he really did was put a mattress on the floor and put up TVs, oh and probably didn't put soap in the bathroom either. Mason was playing on a ink-box. He had 3 tvs one in his bathroom one on the wall I thought he was playing his game till I looked down and saw him on the floor looking up in a daze, I got kinda scared so I did what Astrid would do....yeah I kicked him. Mason got out of his daze and said "so much work...must get some ink breakfast bar but I can't get up just drag me!" I replied with a smirk and said "fine I'll go get Astrid." I have never seen him get on his feet so fast, ha it worked. He told me he's scared of them I don't know why he's scared of Ava but... just as I said that Astrid walked in the room, Ava poked her head out from behind her back and waved softly, me and Mason waved back, smiling well just me smiling Mason said "did Astrid hear me?" He whispered. I whispered to Mason "I don't think so or you would be knocked out."

"Are you coming Teal Boy?" Astrid asked doing the stink eye. Ava rolled her neon eyes, Ava is scary to me shes so quiet and her eyes always seem to glow and twinkle. With that we all started down, the hall laughing well....Ava quietly giggles.

We all got lost, with that Averlyn pulled out her ink computer, I guess everyone of us found out something about Ava today. She hacked into a government blueprint of the statue, we all just stared including Astrid. We'll we all thought she hacked into it, apparently we all have accesses to it how do I know this? she talked, but of course there was a password. Averlyn winked at Mason signaling him to do his work and then Ava did something none of us expected she tapped her earring and became a octoling then swiped her leg and tripped us all we all feel on the floor and looked at her she winked and then went back to the blueprints, she handed the computer to Mason. Mason slowly got up and took the computer away slowly. Ava makes a cool looking octo though.

(Astrids POV)

I'm shocked... she drop kicked us and she can be an octo? ...and softly said "Mason can you hack into some computers around here so we could get the blueprints of the place and get back to our dorms?" Even I was surprised she talked. Mason took the computer from her and hacked away, once he unlocked it he handed it back to Averlyn. She whispered something softly, i'm pretty sure she said thanks then she smiled. We all followed her back to the dorms. We all hung out in our dorm, Averlyn made calamari, and we all loved it she also made inkudding and with a match lit it twirled around backflip then lit the treat on fire. She giggled i'm guessing she gets her art from our dad and the dancing and singing from our mom. Our dad was an octoling so maybe thats how she can do it she is an octo at heart, she is so chill and quiet. I tried doing that tappy thingy and everyone just ignored me and kept saying do you hear something? So I looked in the mirror I was invisible. Sweet! after we all ate our delicious food and Mason feel asleep on the couch, Ava started poking him when he didn't wake up she threatened to throw his "dead" body out the window.

"Mason...I will throw you off a 100 story building please move" she said in her soft dove like voice. After that they all went back to their dorms
